You are correct the line is in Mexico and CBP has no jurisdiction, but they can still dick with the perps once they are in US soil.
I had a guy cutting in ahead of me inside the building. I told him to get back in line or I would call CBP. The woman CBP heard the exchange and sternly ordered the guy back and start over at the beginning of the line hehe.
Doing something is better than just shutting up and take the abuses.

I went to Tijuana yesterday (Monday) day and night. Adelitas was dead but HK had a lot of girls but a lot of guys too.
I stayed at Hotel Pueblo Amigo this trip and it was a mixed bag.
Pros: nice room, casino, full service onsite restaurant and great staff. Very nice area in general.
Cons: location, location, location. It's pretty much a cab ride to the places I like to go and stuff I like to eat (eg there are two great menudo joints within 5 minutes of Ticuan). There is stuff around the hotel like a giant Super Ley, but I'm not going to Mexico to fill up a shopping cart.
In fairness, I did leave out a major pro, which is the cool doormen. The biggest benefit over Ticuan is girls don't need ID. As long as you go down to meet them in the lobby, just bypass the front desk, head straight to the elevator and up to your room. When I checked in on Sunday, the front desk had a doorman show me up to my room. I tipped the guy just $2 and he was cool as hell during the rest of my stay. Sometimes I need a reminder that a little money goes a long way in Mexico because all the doormen were cool as fuck up until I checked out this morning. Some of the fellas were giving looks of approval as I paraded up three escorts Monday (morning, afternoon and night). Two of the door guys gave me a thumbs up on the one below.

I've brought a few chicas to this place in the past and it's always went well. Moe.

[url="https://www.facebook.com/CasaBadohMx/"]Casa Badóh[/url], near the supermarket, is a very nice restaurant with decent nightlife. Republica Malta Beer Garden is a bit further down the street, next to Tacos Urbanos. The Plaza itself has a large, very upscale food court with about 10 different restaurants. You can sit anywhere in the food court and order off of any menu. It's called "The Park".

If that's too fancy, a little further down Centenario is a small cluster of restaurants and food carts called "Cochi's Place". My favorite taco place (Xolotacos) has a cart there. Finally, a short walk across the river leads you to the heart of Zona Rio. You have Sushi Tei, Tacos el Franc, Mariscos Ruben, and all of Plaza Rio at your disposal. There really is a lot within 15 minutes of Pueblo Amigo. Heck, I'll often walk 20 minutes to Corriente for some ceviche, and then after dinner walk another 20 minutes to the zona.

Hey ya'll. Lookin to hit up Tijuana for the first time since going abroad isn't much of an option right now. Would you guys not recommend a noobie hittin up Tijuana solo for the first trip?
Planning on mostly stickin to HK maybe spend 1 night is all for now.

[/QUOTE]Balls Out. Do your research then pack your bags. EVERYONE goes through the learning curve in Tijuana. The good news is most of it is already laid out in the forum for you. Be adventurous just make sure to give your travel itinerary to a trusted friend or family member anywhere you travel.

I never share where I'm going when it comes to this activity as there really isn't anyone in my life that knows. LOL.
