Senior Member on the USA board. First time mongering International.
Landing in San Diego around 9 am Sat July 3, room booked for 3 nights at Cascadas.
Looking for pointers. Such as killing time till 3 pm, will have carryon sized suitcase with me.
I have varied tastes. I'm interested in the typical hotties, but also interested in less hot / more friendly girls as well.
If any seasoned vets are going to be around would love to meet up, have a beer and learn the area. Maybe even explore some of the less popular hole-in- the wall places.
I've been reading lots of reports / taking notes etc.
Couple questions -.
1) Cascadas. Is this the best place to stay? I'm sure I will sample HK girls and Alley girls near HK. And I believe I've read girls from Tropical across the street will visit Cascadas, and some escort girls - just want to make sure this is my best option..
It took me about six months using pesos before I actually saved any money, because I kept on fucking up and being too generous with my new "Monopoly" funny money called the pesos. It is difficult to appreciate the money in your pockets unless it is dollars.
Hi guys,
How is snorkeling in Tijuana? Actually I am in Pattaya and right here I rather do not get my head under water due to the water quality. So how is it in Tijuana? Thanks.
I am sure you will see plenty of "brown trout".

2) safes in room they safe to keep extra cash / passport in? Or should I keep all with me.
3) Pesos- should I use Tijuana ATM to withdraw Pesos? Seems better deals are to be had with Pesos? Not worried about pinching pennies but if I can spend $25/$35 worth of Pesos on a street girl vs 40/50 dollars. It might add up over the course of 3 days.
4) Tip / drinking cash. Bring lots of $1's, $5's and $10's?
Any guidance / mentorship appreciated via open discussion or PMs.
I would not book all 3 nights in cascadas. The prices don't really change so you won't loose out. For 3 days bring 200 dollars cash and withdraw at the atms out here. I don't know what bank you use but capitol one gives me the best exchange rates without any fees. I use the ATM located inside of Costco. Zona atms have ridiculous fees and even offer to charge insurance. I withdraw about 1500 pesos to 2500 hundred pesos a day depending what I'm doing. Pay escorts with pesos, dollars will get you further at Hong Kong. Figure out the math before hand or you will get ripped off. 100 pesos if about 5 bucks. Don't just tell the waiter to keep the change collect the money count it and don't tip more than 20 pesos. Consider staying away from the Zona, there are way more comfortable hotels outside of Zona. Get out of zona to eat every chance you get. Hit me up private if you want some good eating spots.

The idea that a person even slightly unfamiliar with Mexican currency can make correct conversions / change in the inebriated state that most mongers monger in is preposterous. Unless it's like second nature to you, you'll screw it up and lose money in the long run.
In general, dollars are used in the big clubs (HK, Chicago, Adelita) and Pesos are used everywhere else. It is easier to acquire Pesos in the Zona than dollars -- money exchange, more atms with less fees.
I usually try to get my money in a mix of 50's, 20's and 10's with maybe about 50 $1's. You will want the 10's for the fischa drinks, less change coming back to get short changed. Carrying some 50's gives you wallet less bulk & helps with the Arriba rates -- start at 70 (a 50 & 20) then maybe go up to 90 (a 50 & 2 20's).
I'd recommend changing hotels to experience girls from each club without that added per visit usage room charge. You'll get much more time pet session that way also.
I try to stay out of the bars during the day & wait until night to go.
Why do Tijuana's brown trout always float on surface?
Hi guys,
How is snorkeling in Tijuana? Actually I am in Pattaya and right here I rather do not get my head under water due to the water quality. So how is it in Tijuana?
Thanks.
To give your question a serious answer, the snorkeling in that area isn't good. It's not just the water quality, it's also because there is nothing to see. If you dive, and like relatively cold water, and relatively poor visibility, and like kelp beds and such, there's lots to like off the coast. But if you're used to Thai water, well, there's no comparison. Pattaya snorkeling, while light years better than Tijuana, isn't very good, either, IMO, but I did enjoy the diving. If you're looking for snorkeling you'll need to go a lot farther south, and / or on the Gulf of Mexico side. Or, frankly, Hawaii, which probably has the best snorkeling on the planet.
I try to stay out of the bars during the day & wait until night to go.
What is the rationale for this?
What is the rationale for this?
The rationale for this is not to spend to much on fischas all day long and to focus more on street girls & other activities during the day when it is safer to be out.
Generally, the top talent works at night.
Lastly, I've found that staying in a bar environment all day & night can put you in a trance like state where you'll start to make bad decisions.

You're right, there are more hot chicas at night but there is an even higher ratio of dudes chasing them. There is something to be said about being one of just a handful of guys in a Zona bar on a Monday or Tuesday having the chicas pretty much to yourself. Have you ever taken a chica who is in the bar on an off day getting drunk back to your hotel? Your points aren't wrong but as you get more experienced you'll learn to let things unfold naturally as opposed to an itinerary or mechanical type approach.
Am planning to go to Tijuana next Tuesday. Will drive rental across border. What is the hassle coming back to USA? My passport is in the Philippine Consulate in San Francisco being processed for visa there so I won't have my passport. What can I expect at the border coming back to USA? Thanks.
...Will drive rental across border. ...My passport is in the Philippine Consulate in San Francisco being processed for visa there so I won't have my passport. ...
Pretty sure a passport or passport card is required when driving any vehicle into Mexico.
Will drive rental across border.
Driving a US rental car into Mexico is very restrictive. Be sure you check with the car company you select. Additional insurance may be mandatory. Some companies will just say no. Some companies will do it for select corporate accounts.
