" Regardless of whether they are real white, real black, or anywhere in between.
As others have said, you're best odds are heading to the southern part of South America: Argentina, Chili, Uruguay, and the Southern part of Brasil (Brasilenas aren't Hispanic but they are "Latinas"). You can find some very light-complexioned Latinas in just about any part of Latin American, but the afore-mentioned have larger percentages.
Or better yet, just head to Europe. The FKKs are hard to top. And they happen to have virtually all white girls (mostly Eastern European).
