Orchard Tower and Brix under Hyatt are two good pick up points. Orchard Tower has few pick up bars in the same building and be careful of the shemales around that building. There are plenty of them on the road so watch out for the body signals of she males. Brix on an average is much better pick up quality.

Go to these places. Talk to the gals. Don't waste too much on drinks and negotiate well. Rates come down around 2 am but rest of night is left after that on a weekday.
