Landed in Manila last night. Grab to hotel. New coast hotel Ermita. Around the block is LA cafe. Had a nice massage and went there. Not crowded. Full of smoke. Do not know why they allow that. Anyway not a lot of girls maybe because Thursday night. Did not anyone on offer besides have a contact coming in today from DIA.

You are both correct, although the risk never really goes to zero (even if you use condoms). There has been a dramatic increase in HIV in the Philippines the last few years, but it is mostly gay and transgender men. Nevertheless, there is an increased risk. And, PrEP is very effective if taken before sex and continued afterwards (the exact duration after sex seems to be controversial, with recommendations ranging from a two days after the last exposure to a month).

[/QUOTE]Smoking has returned to Manila since Covid re-opening, including the Burgos bars and restos. Difficult to enjoy a meal indoors such as Cubana Cafe. Spend more than 30 minutes inside any bar now and you will "smell like a bar". Welcome back Sammon!

So my first trip to Philippines is coming up, yay! Posted something in the Hotel section on where to stay. But more in general about Manila a couple questions. Partly to doublecheck if I did my homework right LOL.

For our hobby, the hotspots are La Cafe and P Burgos? But for picking up random "regular" girls that may stay with you, whether it be on the street or through a dating app. It obviously doesn't really matter where you stay I suppose.

For the dating apps, as far as I understand there is not much point in pre-registering from home, just start it making contact once you're there? For Thailand I usually get in touch with a couple a few weeks before I have my trip.

I do have a couple weeks in total, so I do plan to head out to Palawan, Port Barton, El Nido, later go into Cebu or something not sure yet. I'll figure that out when I get there. But how long would you recommend staying in Manila the first couple days? It may affect what place I'll pick to stay at in Manila.

And yes. If I find the right girl I may take here along to one of those places for a couple days!

And if someone is around in Manila in 2-3 weeks let me know, always easier to learn a new city over a drink haha.

You don't want to be stuck in Port Barton with a girl who is constantly complaining about the food, the hotel or that you are spending too much time hiking or diving (or whatever you like to do). Of course, even if you think she and you are going to do great together, a plan "be" is essential. I have never been to Palawan Island, but it seems like girls are available there, albeit a more limited selection (and it seems like Puerto Princesa is the best place- a pretty long journey from El Nido and Port Barton).

Correct, Burgos, LACafe and of course Angeles are the redlight hotspots. However, pinas are amazingly approachable, even those not in the game. Get out and look around. Don't be shy to strike up random conversations nor chat over a coffee. Be polite and respectful and you may be amazed at the opportunities that pop up. Malls, food courts, cinemas etc are all target rich if handled properly.

Where you stay is very important. Manila is huge and traffic is a nightmare so girls can be many hours transport away. You also want somewhere easy to describe so that the girls can easily find you otherwise she will give up and ask you to come to her and that's a recepe for disaster. Assuming your not 17 and plan on fucking 24/7 you also want somewhere with other things for you to do for the remaining 95% of the day. I find staying close to major malls serves all purposes.

Hopping on the apps months out is a waste of time and only invites $$$ requests before you even meet. Upon arrival is fine for pros, a week before is better for civilians with a job etc. Remember that good girls actually have shit to do too and may have to plan ahead to meet you. Hookers can be there in 15 minutes.

Travelling with a girl can be fun or a nightmare depending on who you pick. Don't use the offer of a holiday to attract girls. They will be on their best behaviour until they win the prize. Better to meet up then offer a weekend away to whoever clicks the most. Again, allow for the girls commitments. Go for the unemployed peasant if you want to be able to make quick decisions or go for a weekend away with a junior accountant if you want pleasant conversation and to portray a convincing BF / GF couple to other hotel guests etc.

There are many, many attractions around the PI beyond the redlight zones. Just research activities that you are interested in. Domestic flight are cheap and available at short notice. Obviously bringing a friend at least doubles the cost of your stay. Allow for the inevitable gifts, bikinis etc.

I'm not new to the scene just new to Manila and from what I hear it's just tons easier to find a regular non-working girl that is quite happy to stay with you for a little while. Whether that is with the naive thoughts that you are a future husband or not. Either way I completly agree that you always need to be polite and respect the girls.

But no I'm not a youngster:-p. Still in a active part of life for sure, but can unfortunatly not call myself 'young' anymore.

And I have been checking out hotels. I was leaning towards City Garden Grand. But yesterday I also noticed New World Makati, a little further away from P Burgos but still in walking distance. It cost a little more, sure, but it's a lot nicer and seemingly next to Greenbelt. Couldn't find much about it being friendly or better said "easy" on visiting girly friends though. Whether that be ones that I bring over of they come to provide a umm massage haha.

On the travelling part, I am used to finding cool spots, so I'm sure I'll find things to do in PI not worried about that. While it's usually a bus or train I guess those are now replaced by flights or ferries, all the same.

I realise I need to find the right click with a girl in order to bring them along. Once I decide to visit a location and I've not run into someone, I'd still go see those places solo. Not going to bring one along just to have some along for some bedroom action.

I have been planning and always been excited for the Manila visit.

I have been speaking to a few girls via different platform so that I can plan well ahead and make my stay quite fruitful.

Great buffet restaurant and, like you say, very centrally located in Makati, however bear in mind Greenbelt is a bit of a hike to P. Burgos so if the weather is not cooperative (hot, humid or rainy) it can be a bit more of an inconvenience to enjoy the Burgos scene. What I can say is that it is a very busy area and lobby. I never brought a girl back there when staying but I can't imagine it would be any problem whatsoever, the lobby is often like a mall with people milling about all the time.
