Once on my return, I got stuck in a traffic jam for 3 hours and it was raining. I decided that day, that unless MRahul pulls a rabbit out of the hat, I have had enough of west Delhi, commuting is so painful.

P.S. :

1. You should have snapped at the SP for doing the bait and switch on you. It is not acceptable;.
