True. Ukraine a better option
Yep, i remember when I first heard about this direct flight I was wondering who could be interested... business trips? Right.
But thanks for putting the numbers together, something I was too lazy to do myself.
Of all former SU countries Ukraine may be the best bet for the itching monger on a bet.
How sad, I kind of liked when they exported their prime production to UAE :)
Good suggestion for those with an urge for CIS.
Air Arabia has a direct non-stop flight from Sharjah to Kiev. 650 AED. No visa required on US/CAN or EU passport.
A good clean & safe hotel in Kiev. No more than 500 AED.
Cute, blonde Ukrainian (they qualify as CIS politically) for a night. Around 500 AED. Check ISG for tips.
Some food, drinks, whatever. Another 300 AED.
Grand Total = 1, 950 AED for a 2-day weekend trip to satisfy your urge for "CIS". Don't undertstand this particular urge myself but I do understand an urge and when you have it, it needs to get scratched.
And you wil return with a smile to UAE after the aforementioned act of "scratching" instead of returning from local clubs pissed off and smelling like a ten-day-old ashtray.
This may not be necesarily true.
Another reason I stick with my flavour JJB. (and CIS generally unreliable. See the countless threads on CIS and broken promises. Cons68 is one of the very few who has had full success each time)
First I was not always successful, the only girl I ever had to kick out of my flat was CIS (she was totally drunk and fell on the bathroom, there is an old report on this I think). That could have been one of those situation that quickly spin out of control in Dubai (has she knocked herself badly and some blood spilled).
But in general I have had good luck with them, at the cost of letting some very attractive girls go home alone because I felt bad vibes. Same with Africans unfortunately.
Oh well, I am a pussy.
BTW I am sure there is more people who had mostly good experience with CIS, but the ones complaining tend to be noisier.
