Wednesday night started out early with a Dominican friend who works in Zona Colonial. We went to Baby Dolls at around 4:30pm. They are in the process of building stairs that will will be used for a second floor bar. Workers inside were breaking up pieces of concrete with sledgehammers.
I sat at the bar and had a few drinks. Some chicas live there so they came out in their pajamas. Only one of the girl's did not have the hair net thingy on her head. We left bar 360 and drove to the casa on Avenida Privada. I believe I took Avenida Mexico going west. From the Street that I was on going west, I made a right onto another street which is known as Avenida Privada, however the street sign where I made the right onto Avenida Privada said the name of the street was Francisco (? ) something (I'll have to look at a map to confirm what the street sign name was). Going west, Ave Privada is very soon after Ave. Nunez Caceres. Once you cross Ave. Nunez Caceres, just ask people for Avenida Privada, it will be the first or second through street where you can make a right.
Found the place on Avenida Privada, it is on the north side of Avenida 27 de Febrero (thank you Knowledge for posting where it is located). Two story apartment complex with parking spaces in front. In the window on the second floor, there is a small neon sign, I believe it said "coconut bar". This place is on the second floor. Very basic layout. It is like a large apartment with various rooms. Just a large fan for cooling. One small sofa and a couple of chairs. Rooms for sex on site. 2, 000 pesos for an hour. There was one light skin tall santiago chica and another skinny tall morena chica with blondish hair. The guy I was with took the blondish hair chica.
I met another guy in that bar and he showed me where Penthouse was, 5 minutes away. Penthouse was cool. It is on the roof of a three or four story building, has tables with a bar, a large brick barbecue, a small swimming pool. I sat at a table and each girl individually came up over to the table and introduced herself to me. Not a bad lineup. Some tall nicely shaped chicas. I was told price was 2, 500 pesos for an hour, rooms on site. I met the manager, light skin Dominican guy. I have the business card for Penthouse and will post their information shortly.
During my trip, I met Bq Ribs and Mr Gogo, two good guys. Mr Gogo has a business in Cabarete that I will visit the next time I am on the North Coast.
The place on Ave. Privada will be moving to a new location soon (and well they should, because that place is nothing special inside), the manager gave a piece of paper with their new address, I have to find it, so that I can post more info.
After Penthouse, I drove over to GBP. Same chicas, but always a fun place. A few of the chicas took off their tops and gave a free lap dance.
I'll post a few photos as soon as I resize them. Santo Domingo was fun, seems cleaner, the people were friendly, no complaints. Don't offer to drive chicas home during rush hour, better to let them take a taxi. I sat in some awful traffic near Avenida 27 de Febrero one night around 6pm.
I stayed in a few different hotels in Santo Domingo. I stayed one night at Maison Gatreux, which is around the corner from Hotel V Centannario and near the malecon. 45 dollars per night, friendly people, good security. I left my laptop and other stuff out in just about every hotel where I stayed and nothing went missing. Hotel Palacio is also a very good hotel for about 97 dollars per night. Hotel Embajador (has probably the best pool in Santo Domingo) has rates for around 90 dollars per night, also a good hotel. These three hotels are chica friendly. The chicas like Hotel Palacio (thanks koki for telling me about hotel palacio).

Cool Place. Calle Caonabo #10, Los Restauradores, Apartamento 402, Plaza Irene. When I left the place on Avenida Privada, I made a right onto Avenida 27 de febrero (going west). Calle Caonabo should be the next through street, make a right and then on your left you will see a plaza with space for at least 10 cars. You enter Penthouse through the northwest corner of this plaza, take the stairs to the top floor, where there is a large open room with furniture for a bar, but no one was there, when I visited, enter this area and again towards the northwest part of this room, there are stairs (I believe metal stairs) that will take you to the roof. On the roof is where the chicas are.
I stayed two nights in Santiago, some very hot girls there. Francifol is a high end bar on Calle de Sol, lots of luxury vehicles parked outside, small place inside, guys buying lots of bottles of champagne, too crowded for me. Moma is my favorite bar to take a chica in santiago, not crowded, definitely some eye candy there as well, I saw several groups of chicas in Moma without guys.
I left Santiago after two nights. I saw one chica from a prior trip who lives in Santiago, she came to the pool. I used the name brand Cialis, cost was about 300 pesos a pill. Santo Domingo and Santiago have pharmacies that stay open 24 hours.

Juan Dolio is a beach town about an hour from Santo Domingo. Coral Costa Caribe Hotel is a large all inclusive hotel in Juan Dolio, I stayed there recently with a girlfriend and paid 78 dollars per night for the room and all you can eat food and drink, also has free wifi.
On the main road that runs through Juan Dolio is Ilusiones night club, it is a brothel, has a pool with no water. I visited the place Tuesday around 6pm, about 6 girls, at least one very sexy chica and another doable chica. I bought a beer and sat outside, the chicas were sitting outside, not overly friendly. Did not ask about the price.
I saw the advertisement for pussycats, autopista del este #1, los conucos. This place is on the main highway, sign outside says VIP club, I was told they open at 7pm, also was told price was 3k. I am sensing a certain amount of confusion about the now famous Bar 360. I will try to break it down.
All these places operate on basically the same formula. And not just in the Dominican Republic. When a customer walks in the door, whoever is in charges sizes that prospective customer up. Why? To determine what the potential "take" could be. Some customers present more of a challenge than others. Things like manner of dress, how the guy interacts with the girls, or something as simple as whether he says "Hi, I'm here for the world sex guide discount" all help the person in charge set a price and give the girl instructions on what class of service. If any. To provide.
What can you do to help yourself in these situations? More than anything, it's important to get very clear in your mind what services you can realistically expect and what you are willing to pay for it. Normally, you can expect a blow job and fuck for an average of 1, 500 pesos. That's the deal. All the rest is noise and bullshit. Yes, you can often negotiate a second pop for a small tip or if you are a repeat customer you will maybe get extra attention but the toda la noche and 2 hours vs. 4 hours is just marketing bullshit designed to get you to spend much more than the product is worth. There are variations. You can negotiate a price as low as 1, 000 by using the same tactics the houses use (I. E. "I only need 1 hour" or "I will be quick"). Think about it. What sense does it make to pay 2500 when you can do the same thing twice for 2000 to 3000? Of course if the house is convinced you are a one time walk in, your negotiating position is going to be much weaker. But, there is no reason to reveal that. I can't tell you how many times I've heard guys say to service providers "I'm just here for 1 week." Here are the questions that should alert you that you are being sized up for a price point: "when did you arrive in Santo Domingo? " "how long are you going to be here? " " have you been here before? " "is this your first time? " "where are you staying? " Ask yourself if there is any reason why any of this information is the business of a sex worker? THe answer is there is a reason. It is explained above.

I spoke to the owner and PM'd BQ. Nothing was said to the boss about this incident. I have made him aware of it and he thought (and I agree) that the customer should have said something right after the incident. He has rules in place for the girls to work there and I'm sure if she did nothing sexually in return for the money an arrangement could have been reached to help BQ out. I will be on-site thursday and friday of this week and will be working with the boss on a few things and I will make sure he reads our posts regarding this issue and I will confront the chica personally about what happened. I know BQ is nearby until the weekend, if he want's to stop by and discuss it with the boss I'm sure he will talk to him and work something out.
Like I said I'm buying a couple of rounds on Friday, this is not extended to Thursday as well. Just look for me in the bar after 7PM on either Thursday or Friday.
