I would say avoid and relax. Pay no attention to such calls. If Hyderabad had so many birds / MILF's on offer we wouldn't be flocking to just a few birds. Avoid.

I don't think anything worthwhile is there near airport. You need to shell out return taxi fare of 1.5 to 2 k and travelling time of 2 hours for the round trip.
