1) it is far from Scandello but nothing crazy. If you want to get there by 7 pm for cheaper entry, you need to leave no later than 545 pm and choose the TAXI option on your uber app. Taxis are allowed to use the omnibus lane to fly thru traffic and Ubers are not allowed to.
2) On the way back home, it is about 30-40 minutes since there is zero traffic and the drivers drive pretty fast.
3) the room is awesome and it does create a feeling with the girls to try to charge you more so be careful especially since you don't speak Portuguese.
4) the area around the hotel is boring. It isn't really walkable and it doesn't have any restaurants or shops. I prefer to stay at the Renaissance which has a great neighborhood to walk to restaurants and shops.
Can't say anything about the other hotels.

Let me add my grain of salt as I'm just back from three visits to FKK Oase: FKKs are in free fall. The trend is down, down. This is different from Scandallo from what I've read, with both line-up and service are as good as ever.

Thanks to this forum, I was able to successfully plan and execute my first trip to Brazil.
Scandallo was amazing, beautiful women, huge LU 150+ girls, top of the line club. I loved the live music and bands, really good premium addition.
I stayed at Transamerica Executive Paulista Ave, the hotel location was very convenient, there is a mall opposite with McD, KFC, Subway, Starbucks, Pizza which took care of my food needs. Bradesco Bank down the street with in-lobby ATM for cash needs. I only drank bottled water that I bought from souvenir stores / stalls nearby. There is another shopping centre close by with TIM store in case someone needs a SIM. I got international roaming and Google Fi on my burner and all worked fine.
