They have no moral, no shame, no proud nothing or they will not be what they are.

This morning (Sunday), around 1 pm, I saw the front desk lady, about 35-40 years old, who was responsible for checking, yelled at a customer. The customer seemed shy and asked questions. But the front desk lady seemed to be very impatient to explain something and kept yelling at him "whaat". I noticed The customer always kept his good manners even if he was treated unfairly. Because it was Sunday, there was no manger was present during the time.

The front desk lady is kind of new one, I saw her since July. It is different from previous ones who worked before June. She also worked in this Saturday morning.

Although it is none of my business, but I felt obligated to report this thing. It is our interest.

Because of her extremely bad manners to customers, the lady should be Disciplined. She should respect customers of Sharks. Without punishment, this lady will soon be rude to any customers, or girls. It will not only ruin customers feeling, but also will affect Sharks business, Sooner or later.

Any one could share the information of this lady, or similar experience?

I gather the German ladies sit to the end of the bar as you walk in nearest the buffet area??

Mandy, Leoni & Kimberley are on my list for an inspection next Friday (26th).

Am I correct where they sit?

Do they usually charge €100 HR or are they some of the higher priced girls?

I was trying to give her some change and she said nothing less than 0. 50 $ and she was a rude ***** about it. For a long moment I considered fighting it out. I asked to see the manager. I have spent a ton of money in Sharks this year and I go there preferentially. Should this be the treatment of a loyal customer?

Contrast this with my interaction with the desk at Golden Times. As I was leaving I said good night and we exchanged pleasantries. I said I was in line to see Kate but she was just too busy and I preferred not to wait so long and the lady looked at me and said "Oh why not" as if to say it will be worth it. But I chose to leave and she said something nice like come again. The same with LR. The ladies helped me spell Melika's name (I have long since lost the paper with the spelling) so I could write a review and they smiled as I told her that she made my night. Even the Oase ladies last year when I told them that I was disappointed and I would never come back asked me why I didn't go to the front to complain about the rip-off 3-some.

Whomever that fucking lady is that checked me out at Sharks last month should be given an attitude adjustment. She was a big tall blond wearing a blue business suit dress.
