Not so nice when the silver starts to chip off and the rusted iron is exposed. Country John is right. They are fake. I gave some of these silver bracelets to two GF's I was simultaneously seeing.
Let's just say they weren't too happy with a fake, rusted silver-plated bracelet.

Hello All,
Will be in SD Friday the August 8th and looking to visit TJ in the 8 or 9pm time.
Have been there many times, but this go around my friends can't make it from Texas with me so am looking for anyone interested in going over that night as well as Saturday night and yes Sunday night.
Would prefer not going over alone, but will do in the event that no one is around to join.

Cost wise from LA this is how I figure:
Gas = $40 (average) for round trip
Parking = $5
Taxi = $10 round trip
Beers = $4 (minimum)
Bar girl = $60 (of course SG less...less in more ways than one)
Room = $11
Incidentals add to above.
Minimum total = $130 (not including wear and tear on car) for
20-30 minutes of action.
Lots of gorgeous GFEs in LA/OC area for $150 - 200 without
the long drive and border hassle and can get up to 1 hr in a nice
place.
So, visits to TJ must be for more than cheap thrills? Comments?
donkey shows are as illegal in tj as in us. it is a scam for tourist who give their money in advance and wait for nothing. Driving that distance, It is much better to stay over night. Enjoy the culture, the food and shopping. Enjoy a few girls and a massage. Over all it is much better and more relaxed. Do not just go there for a session, get a few.

perhaps to some. i've never tried the local girls out of fear of my own safety plus i wouldn't want to be the victim of some police prostitution entrapment or simply get robbed.
prostitution is legal and safe in tj. it's a sure thing. this is my reason for visiting tj. but if i could get some gorgeous gfe here in socal i'd probably stick with that instead. where do you go for this?

I've never been to the beach at TJ but i doubt its a beach you'd want to visit. Perhaps very polluted and filled with homeless beggars. Of course that's just my unrational thinking of what the beaches in Tj are like.
You can ask a bar girl to go to the beach, but most girls will turn you down. While they may act very friendly in the bars, they know that its because they are in a safe environment. They wouldn't feel safe going out somewhere with a stranger. You'd have to visit a girl many times and really get to know her before she feels confident enough to trust you.
So again I ask, where are these "beautiful babes in LA for less than $200?"
Well, yes it costs a bit to travel from LA to TJ for 30 minutes of sex. But what if you get busted in a sting in LA, which will probably happen one day if you keep at it. Then you will pay more that $130.
Some guys could care less about the chances of getting caught in a sting but for many of us it is something that just cannot happen. You can legally go to TJ
and have fun so why not.
These judges in Southern CA are hard on guys caught in prostitution stings because they have NO SYMPATHY because you could have just gone to TJ.
In my opinion it is not worth it.
To save money you could buy a SD monthly bus/trolley pass and then take the coaster from North SD county. Oceanside, Solana Beach, Carlsbad ,etc. The coaster runs into the SD trolley to TJ. No parking and gas will probably be cut in half.
The pass will cost you around ($60 for a month) which is a savings if you go down regularly.
If you find a regular chica, which is easy if you go down all the time, then you pay less, too. (some guys like variety, I know)
Right now you can get a hotel in SD for $60-$70. So staying overnight is affordable ,too. This way you can get a lot of action out of you system over two days before heading back to LA.
