I tried getting subscription through HDSF net safe card. I loaded 1700 rs but it got declined. I don't have a credit card. Should I load more money in the net safe card for the card not to be declined?(I had thought that 1700 rs would be sufficient for 20 dollars). Any other suggestions welcome.
