I have never been to Brazil (but have loved Medellin and FKK in Germany) - and have been told that the talent in Rio is unmatched. You have to ask the girl if she will meet you on the outside and get her number discreetly. If you promise cab / uber fare, there is more money for the girl to keep. You also have to create a good vibe. The termas girls will flake if something comes up in their schedule so have a back-up plan. In any event, why not meet them at your lodging or nearby your lodging (a bar, restaurant).

No take out option like Wyatt said at 4 X 4. If you got a good vibe with a girl and they know you will be in town for a while she may just even give you her #.
