A couple years ago I was in Sao Paulo and I got Scoped I was talking to a local made out with her next thing I know I woke up in the middle of sao Paulo with all my belongings gone. I want to go back because the P4P is unmatched. How should I go about it the next time. Should I just use the websites or is there clubs that have that service that are safe.

Therefore, no one can tell you "Establishment XYZ is safe from drugging. ".
Please don't go to Colombia. You'll be a sitting duck there, as scopolomina drugging there is far more prevalent than in Brazil.

Not minimizing what the OP experienced, it must have been horrible, but the moral of the story is stay away from girls in sleazy bars and if you are drawn to such places, drink from the bottle, don't get drunk, and pay attention to what's going on.
How I view Sao Paulo. Basically I think the easiest way to break Sao Paulo down is using a Three Tier System. For this I am just referring to Boates or night clubs with free lance girls.
Tier 1: Scandallo. Scandallo is best. In short, if you have the budget and you can spend 500 to 600 USD a night and not break your bank, just go to Scandallo. Girls will usually settle for $1200 Brazil. Plus the room and drinks and figure your going to spend a few hundred. Its the best boate in Brazil and the other boates in Sao Paulo are basically just as expensive. Most of the boates on these tiers are very high end and classy. Dress to impress as if you were going to a fancy night club. Don't show up in jeans, a t shirt and flip flops. This is not Pattaya or Sosua. For me personally, they are a bit too classy and I prefer a bit more raunchiness. Many of these girls will basically expect you to act mostly like a gentleman until you get to the room. Some light making out and dancing is fine to vet the girls, but do not expect them to be acting like classless working girls like in a bar in Pattaya. That is not how these places are set up. I have also had girls who did not give me full GFE when I got back to the room, so be aware that is a possibility. And for the girls who didn't give me the best session, I still always felt satisfied just due to how beautiful they were.
Tier 2: Bomboa, Bahamas, Cafe Photo, Guaghin. I may be missing one or two more. So all of these clubs and very nicely set up as well. Live music, friendly staff, and yes they are basically just as expensive as Scandallo. Girls will usually settle on $1000 Brazil and the rooms are around 350 Brazil I think. All of these places are also 400 to 500 Brazil just to get in and most of that goes toward consumption. The drinks are just as expensive as the drinks in Scandallo as well. The big difference is, these places have less girls and less customers, but the girls are still very very beautiful. Of the tier 2 boates, Bomboa is the best, but strangely also the smallest. It fills up with girls and customers so expect a crowd.
Warning: So I have a threesome at Bomboa and I am drinking extra strength redbull with them in the room, wink wink, and one of the girls robbed me of around 1500 Brazil out of my wallet when I wasn't looking. I had let my guard down because we were in a boate and I didn't expect it. So of course I go to management and basically they say there is nothing they can do to prove it because the girls are denying it and it may have been one girl and the other girl really had nothing to do with it. Anyway they tell me next time I go I ll get free drinks or what ever. Hopefully they black list those girls as well. I will not be going back to Bomboa, but I must say I still recommend the place as I had some really good nights there. Just be careful shit can still go down in these boates.

If your in Sao Paulo and you want the high end, its worth it to spend a few extra bucks and just go to Scandallo.
As for the debate on Rio vs Sao Paulo. I clearly prefer Rio over Sao Paulo due to price and the great service from the girls, but Sao Paulo girls in terms of looks are top notch. I am sure some people who know the ins and out of Sao Paulo know of cheaper places with good service, but me for me Rio clearly wins.
I remember someone mentioning a "high end" catalogue of influencers / models in SP; there was an upfront fee (like 1000 R) just to access the catalogue, and then the girls charge like 5-10 K reais. Does anyone have more info about this please?

But I think the city where you get a better bang for your buck is Rio. My budget fits Rio a little better. Had some good times at 4 x4 for a lot less than I have been paying in SP.

If something is missing, I would ask the girls about it and if I couldn't find it, I would call management to the room.

I appreciate you letting us know about the unfortunate incident. It is a good remainder not to be complacent. I've never experienced such incidents in any P2 P places. As much as possible, I try to keep my clothes where they are visible when I am in shower / bathroom. This isn't always possible, like for example, in Clinica Prime, some rooms have hangers on a wall that aren't visible from shower. Still, I've never had anything stolen from there or any other clinicas. I guess the clinica girls are more honest than the ones you encountered. I believe the clinica management would take customer complaints more seriously than establishments like Bamboa.
Do you remember the names and description of the girls? Maybe I will setup and sting operation during my next trip to SP later this month 😀

I agree with this. Scandallo is the best. I didn't even go to Rio or any other club in SP for that matter. Beautiful girls, talking, flirting. The place is very high end and the girl pricing though expensive compared to other places in the world like FKKs it's not that bad for that quality. Yes be careful with the girls in general, bad service, cheating on time, hidden extras are all part of the mongering world.
I did meet a girl who was ex-Cafe Photo in Scandallo, she was stunning so I'd imagine the tier-2 clubs as you labelled them will have some beauties if someone finds themselves running out of girls in Scandallo.
Casarao is what it is for the price, not as high end as Scandallo but you can find a few diamonds in the rough for the price. Pro tip: Do not use the hotel next to Casarao for short affair, it's rundown and disgusting. Plan to bring a girl back to your hotel.
Yeah if you're short on time just do Scandallo. Everything else is downhill from there.
Sorry for the robbery incident. I too was scared carrying all the cash in the clothes hanging on the wall, while I was in the shower. These clubs really should provide a locker system like the FKKs to store your cash. Or atleast an ATM. I was always watching the girl getting close to my clothes, but some girls understood that it made me nervous so they would let their stuff hang and only get close to the hangers after I was done dressing for my clothes and paid them.
I was also very scared walking from the bank to my hotel with the cash after withdrawal, heard some of the street thugs and iPhone snatchers are dangerous. Luckily didn't get robbed.
