Are you doing a favor to them by bringing them business or are they doing a favor to you by providing you service free of cost.

Stand up, raise your voice and just refuse to take service. At FR Spa thane the therapist assigned was not up to my choice, I dressed back and walked away. Called up NB customer care and told them although coupon is redeemed but I didn't take their services. Money back in few hours.

Also at counter if they tell you NB customers don't have choice of therapist just issue a dummy warning saying I will cancel the voucher and then see how your are treated.

Chi Spa is a shit and sureshot spa and you shouldn't have returned dry. Next time if its a Thai and you want extras, inquire about extras right at start else walkout.
