Note that I am not the master negotiator or try to push the girls down alot, so no point in a bunch of guys giving me shit about how I overpaid. Here are some actual prices I paid in Reals. These were top shelf girls.
2018 - Scandallo 600-800. Casarao 400.
2025 - Scandallo 1000-1200. Casarao 600.
As you can see, in reals it's 50% higher. But in 2018 the Real was 4.0 to 1. Now it's 5.65 to 1. So it's almost a wash in USD. And that’s 7 years later! Brazil prices remain very good.
Sao Paulo was my last stop of over 2-months long trip. I always try to fly out of Sao Paulo because how can you visit Brazil and not stop by Scandalo? At least IMHO, and I'm not what you call a wealthy guy too.

Some indeed look like druggies, mostly white chicks but if you're willing to take a chance I saw some pretty fresh, and good looking junkies among them too. Others are fine and are just having their cerveja. Just chat them up and I'm sure you could have most of them for 200, if not less. I'm pretty sure that if they like you, they'the hang with you to no limit. I just never got that far because I only had 4 days in SP, had to do tourism, meet friends, etc. Intended to but when I was ready for one of them on Saturday (I was leaving Saturday night), I found nobody at Patna, so look at it as a weekday daytime programa hangout.
Now onto to the clubs. Casarao is ok. This was my first time there. 40 brl entry or 60 brl consumable (one drink). You could enter other clubs nearby for 20 brl and even for free.
Ladies in all places are ok.
Most of what I saw in Rio, including street action in Recreo or at Mab's was on about the same level, if not better. There are some gems there for sure though. The atmosphere at Casarao is pretty rambunctious. The music is loud. You feel that you're in the neighborhood club. Both times I was there it was reasonably busy. On Wednesday around 10 ish-11 ish moderately so. Got it on with the girl named Quezia. Nice, pretty, well build imo, 1. 66 cm, very small tits. She wouldn't go to my place only to the rooms or hotels (not my thing) so I just had a nice half-and-hour kiss and squeeze session with her for a 100 brl right there at the club. Good kisser, loves to have her boobs lightly bitten. Have her contact info if anybody's interested.
On Friday Casarao was packed so I left quickly and went to Scandalo which for me is a must stop every time I'm in SP.
Now Scandalo is a must visit at least once in your lifetime. The density of a 'gorgeous woman per square meter / foot' is probably the highest in the world. They are nice and friendly too while in Casarao I found many to be somewhat stand-offish.
The difference between how they look and the clothes they wear in Casarao and Scandalo is about the same as between Casarao and the street, as in huge, enormous, massive, or you can use any other trump-speak vocabulary to describe Scandalo.

Step into Scandalo however and you'd know that the price fits the product. Women at Scandalo ask for 1000-1500 brl + 350-400 for the room, or 400 bar fine to take them out. You can probably find some of them somewhere else too, and for less but not all of them, and I doubt the prettiest ones too. In scandalo they're all assembled in one place. It truly is a sight to behold.

Brasileira got to like you and want to do it, or it would be room only and for no more than 40 minutes. Not sure if 1000 brl would do too. For me Scandalo is a must stop. I don't refer to Scandalo as a club. I call it a museum. Like Louvre or Metropolitan. You go there to watch an exhibit of God's work of art even if you don't intend to partake in action. BTW, the food in Scandalo is second to none too, and 400 out of 600 is consumable so you'the get your monies worth no matter what imo. You get a menu with prices. Whether you buy yourself a drink or buy lady a drink it costs the same. I don't know if girls get kickbacks for making you buy them a drink or not. I suspect not. All is very transparent in Scandalo. I didn't notice any fine print reflected at my check-out.
This is what I'd call a fully respectable place. Also, there are few rooms: one loud room with the band or music playing and ladies swaying and singing along, and quite dining hall and two other rooms where you could also talk. It's a really classy, well thought out place. I'm sure the girls sort of proud to work there. If you got selected to work at Scandalo that in itself is her impartial confirmation that she is pretty and a smooth talker.

As to Casarao, I view the girls and the action there as a raw slice of the SP nightlife. It is a meat market, but a very good one IMHO. It sort of reminds me of the original Thermae in BKK, when it was great. KKK /555. I usually show up at Casarao around midnight when it is packed with girls. I walk around and find a girl that looks good to me, we talk a little, and if she seems nice, away we go. I hate the adjacent hotel because some of the rooms are appalling so I always take my girls back to my hotel for same price minus the hotel charge and the girls usually stay longer than an hour. I make them comfortable and supply the booze & smoke. They provide the entertainment.

I have never been quoted those high prices in Scandallo but it has already happened regularly online. It became a different game about 2 or 3 years ago and you have to make an effort to negotiate to get a fair price. There is a report saying the owner told the girls to charge more too. I just decided to travel to where they come from and they are more honest. LOL. You see a different side of them before they reach the big city.
My comment was about the entry cost increase of Connection. The club wasn't anything special.

I've been to Scandallo, and used to concur with JimmyBoy -- go for the food using the entrance fee towards that with some friends after hitting the prives. But that was at an entrance of 300. These prices are ridiculous. You could easily get 2 or 3 prive / clinica sessions which is the sweet spot in Rio and SP.

So the Scandalllo subject has been done to death. It costs what it costs. There is a high concentration of attractive women. This post is about Moema Prime. There was a time when I understood why it cost nearly double what the Vila Mariana classics Tangara and Yankin cost. The facility was nicer and the quality of the girls was noticeably better. Based on my my recent couple of visits to Prime that is no longer the case. The rooms and the waiting room are worn and in need of repairsl Both Tangara and Yankin upgraded their rooms and common areas over the past couple of years. The quality of the girls is about the same now at Prime as it is at Tangara and Yankin. I'm interested in how others see it. There is a cute Carioca at Yankin who started in May who goes by the name Paty. I rate her performance as average but she is very pretty, completely natural, wears no makeup, and most notably she has no tattoos. She is a perfect example of a girl who would easily fit in at Scandallo if she adopted the Scandallo attire and makeup. At R170, a go with her cost not much more than what you pay for just a room at Scandallo.

Scandallo is at a premium because it can be, its easy to rack up 2000 to 3000 BRL a night there, and even then it does not feel like bad value given the experience is so good. Its about more than just going into a brothel, pointing at who you want to rail and going up into the sparse room upstairs to blow a load before you ring your taxi for a pickup.

2) Let's say you stay at a place within 3 km from Scandallo. You can easily walk 35 to 45 minutes to get there in late afternoon. I know. Uber is cheap and convenient, but that's not my point. Say you have some times to kill on a cool day and feel like to do some exercises by walking to the club. Here are the big questions. Are the surrounding neighborhoods of Scandallo (and probably Bomboa) safe to walk around? Has anyone actually walked alone (for 30+ minutes) to any of these clubs? Did you feel safe? No problem at all? Nothing to worry about?
3) When you're mongering in SP by yourself, I'm curious where you guys normally go to eat. I know you can eat in the clubs, but you may not go there every single night. I guess I would probably go to any quick place that I can serve myself like a buffet restaurant or something. I would feel awkward to go to a fancy or high end restaurant sitting alone being served by a waiter. Where would you recommend go to eat? Any favorite spot / restaurant for solo traveler?
