I gave my mate the choice of going to Bliss / Skyfall. She chose Bliss. She asked a trick question. 'which girl I like?' Didn't fall for it. She suggested buying ping pong balls. There were 7 fuckable girls out of 20 stage girls. Small / Decent club but not a top 10 WS go go. 140 bht beer. Lady drinks 10-30 bht more. 90% of girls had nice bodies. Glasshouse has a see through second floor like Bacara. Last night there were no girls on Glasshouse second floor.

I've been in Parraya for a couple of days and unfortunately am finding it's not really going so well.
Went to walking street on my first night and picked up a girl from Insomnia. Wasn't a great selection of girls and wasn't feeling up to try my luck at the gogo's but spotted one I liked looks wise. Ended up having to buy her a couple of drinks through the night to break the ice but eventually got on well enough to agree 2500 LT and took her back to my hotel. S ex was okay-ish, but no big on offer covered or not. Then had to wake her up at 10 am and initiate another round but this was limited as she said she was sort because I was too big (I'm not).
Skipped the second night as I just wasn't feeling it but tonight gave the gogo's a try. Got hit for a couple of ladydrinks drinks in Skyfall by two girls who latched on as soon as I walked in. Not seeing anyone I liked I moved into glass house and got chatting with one of the dancers. Now I'll admit I let the lady drinks go too far as in the end it cost me 4 for her plus 2 for her friends and myself totaling 1500 baht. Agreed ST with the girl for 3 k plus 1 k BF. Went back to my hotel, sex was better but she left after barely and hour despite saying St would be 3 but claimed she would be back after 4 am once she had finished at the club. Not surprising I guess but she hasn't returned and after checking with reception it seems she didn't tell them she was going to despite telling me she would. So 6500 baht for what amounted to one 35 minute session.
This whole place just isn't what it was cracked up to be. So far it's hardly working out any cheaper than Europe and parts of the UK, the services on offer seem very limited and a total gamble, and it all seems geared towards fleecing you for as much as possible.
I've only got a couple of days left but I don't really feel like continuing to throw money at a bad situation in the hope of it improving, especially when what's on offer in terms of services seems so limited.
Any ideas how I can turn this around?

Go to Kinnaree club (in the daytime) or Soi 6 and get laid for 1000 baht + 300 for the room. Talk to freelancers and offer them 700 baht (don't ask them how much they want after they establish you're a sucker). Never buy more than one lady drink, they only signal you're a sucker to be fleeced. And even that one only after you established you might be interested in the girl. It's a reward for the girl being nice to you, not your obligation. Agogos are fleecing machines anyway, not good value.

Axelay, other than my disagreement above, the rest of Croc's advise is good. I'd also add in Club 007 and Pirate Club on Soi Full Love inn to the 300 + 1000 FS options.
LK Metro is the other option if gogo clubs are your thing. Cheaper too.

For me that is about the time to get a good impression of her and decide if I will barfine her or not. I don't like to stay too long in bars or clubs. It is far more fun in my room.

Some people genuinely enjoy ringing the bell too or throwing those ping pong balls from a bucket.
On the other hand, if your goal is to evaluate if a girl is suitable for a potential ST / LT liaison, that doesn't take an hour. That takes one lady drink max, or occasionally zero if the bar is quiet.

Might try a beer bar or two tonight and see how that goes. LK Metro maybe. Kinda lost motivation to go out looking to score but no need to avoid the night life entirely. Will also take on board the advice about buying lady drinks too. I did kinda feel obliged most of the time and in Skyfall the ladies just added them on without my agreement so that's another thing to beware of.
Just saw a little old Thai lady street vendor get struck by a scooter on Soi 6. The scooter was driven by a young Japanese guy more interested in looking at the girls in the bars than looking to see where he was going. He didn't clip her he struck her full on. Lady just kept walking after that and the Japanese guy went on his merry way without even stopping. I see so many non-thai ride these motorbikes and they look like they would barely know how to ride a bicycle.
Thanks Wolv. I'm on the same pace 3-4 per hour, usually when a set ends. If it's a longer stay is can be reduced to 2-3 per hour.
Croc, I hang out with girls I know from the past for hours in a club with no intention to barfine them. They know full well I am likely not barfining them rather just getting some DFK and HJ in the club. I've usually had my fun at Kinnaree or soi 6 before or find a massage girl after the gogo club. LT every night at a gogo bar gets pricey when you live here. I'm not that rich.
I agree you can make an assessment of a new girl within the first minute really.
