It has come to my attention from very reliable sources that over the last several days Angeles city police have been targeting foreigners for frisks while they are enjoying a beer in the ac bars, the police are using the excuse of looking for drugs, it has also been reported that not satisfied with that the police have been taking photos of said foreigners in the bar.
Champagne bar was mentioned as well as other bars by several people, also a quick online search revealed Angeles city sites / bloggers reporting the same. Worrying times if true IMHO.

He had no problem at all picking up a young lady at that venue, and I'm very sure he can distinguish between those who are on the game and those who are not. Of course, I wasn't there and so can't base my conclusion on anything other than what he told me, but I do take his word for it. He said that the FLs were thronging the place both Friday and Saturday nights last week.

Lewis was a bit short and slender, and seemed very pleasant and modest. Think his dad used to hang out at the V.

A database with a bunch of photos of unidentified mongers sitting at a bar will not be of much use to anyone without adding who, what, where, when, and why. Without this additional information the database will not be very searchable.
Patronizing bars is not a crime in AC, so simply placing a guy at a bar does not make him a criminal. If entering a bar becomes a crime that would mean the existence of the bar is itself illegal. All the bars would go away and so would the mongers, no need for elaborate cloak and dagger operations to photograph random mongers and catalogue them in a database with facial recognition software and data mining tools.
December 31: (Day 7: Saturday).
The ride from subic was pretty short and I reached hotel by 1 am. I was booked at Lewis Grand Hotel for 5 nights. The front desk girl refused to provide me early check in and I didn't want to plead with her either. I waited in the bar and had 2 SML from the welcome drink coupons provided by the front desk girl. Eventually checked in around 2. 15 pm and messaged my regular girl "N" to come over. I was going to be spending my new year's evening with her. She eventually reached after an hour, Pinay standard time I guess. We went out for some food to Tequila Reef. Picked up some alcohol for her and some munchies on the way. Went bar hopping in the evening to Centauro, Club RA, and few more. Field Street was pretty crowded and so were the bars. Back to hotel we spend the New Year's drinking and eating in the balcony watching fire crackers light up the sky at the stroke of 12 am. We had a good night but somehow I could feel that the wear and tear and had undergone seemed pretty high compared to my earlier visits. Damage was done to her body. With so many options and variety I was sure that this would be our only night in this trip. And left around 2 pm after some food and new year gifts I had brought her.
Overall experience: 7/10.
January 1: (Day 8: Sunday).
I went to Fields around 8 pm. Walked into few bars but seemed empty. Many girls seemed to have taken day off. Not want to peek into more bars I walked out towards the bar outside fields. Found a girl to my liking in Midnight Rambler (Insomnia previously). "I" was 24 year old and met all my expectations. She was pretty good in bed and met my expectations. 2 pops and 200 peso tip for her when she left at 10 in the morning.
Overall experience: 7/10.
January 2: (Day 9: Monday).
Day started with visit to Night moves at 2 pm. People looking to buy some sex stimulants should check the CR room for lead and prices. Overall very slow. Peeked into Candy, Det 5, XX, etc but found nothing to my fancy. Eventually ended up in Firepit. Place was full of women. Didn't take much time to find one as per my liking. BF directly to her. Payment process has changed after the raids.
"J" was a 22 year old. She seemed to have recently joined firepit crew. Though she was available till 6 pm I did not mind. We had good fun on the bed. Except for average BJ she was amazing in everything else. I was definitely going to repeat her. 1800 peso was indeed a decent amount for this girl. 200 tip and she went with a big smile at 6. 30 pm.
Overall experience: 8/10.

I liked her attitude and body hence BF her for 3000 peso. We went bar hopping to Salambo, Equs, Club Asia, etc. K was dancing and drinking in each bar, having good fun with other girls as well. Needless to say they all are from Samar. Drinks were flowing in each bar we went.
We eventually hit High Society. Bouncers ripped me each for 50 pesos being New Year tip. Just wouldn't let me enter. Pretty crowded and lots of picking. Had 1 beer each and decided to leave. Got back to hotel pretty drunk and on the bed after a quick shower. She did have some baby damage on the stomach but rest was all fine. I had a good time with her. She seemed to know and did her job well. Unfortunately I had not asked her till what time she would stay. She wanted to leave after the pop so I let her go. My mistake for not checking with her earlier. 100 peso tip.
Overall experience: 8/10.
January 3: (Day 10: Tuesday).
Day started again with visit to Ponytail around 3 pm. Surprisingly was empty with barely 3 or 4 girls on stage. Moved to Lune time, etc. Not many girls or choices either. Walked to Night moves, same story. Moved on very quickly. Peeked into Candy, Det 5, XX, etc but found nothing to my fancy. Went into ICE and bought a drink for a girl only to find out that she was a Cherry girl. First experience in this trip. Eventually ended up in Firepit. BF "J". Another amazing session with her back at the hotel. Made her work on her weak BJ. She marginally improved. Another 200 tip and she left with a big smile. Luckily the girl I had seen before was still there. Got a drink. "L" was a cute little girl. BF of 3000 peso and back to hotel. All as per expectations. 2 pops and 200 tip when she left in the morning.

January 4: (Day 11: Wednesday).
Day started again with visit to Ponytail around 3 pm. Luckily found 1 girl to my liking from the few on stage. Immediately called her for a drink. "M" was a 21 year, no child. She would stay till 9 pm. Deal done and paid 3000 peso bar fine. M delivered as discussed. It was a smooth and satiating session. 200 tip and let her go early by 6 pm.
I wanted to party late being my last night in Angeles City. I had my mind on BF "K". She was a real party gal and would be the right company. However her ST approach had me in two minds. Nonetheless I wanted to try and talk to her. I went to Dollhouse. As soon as K saw me she came over and sat on my lap. I told her that we will go only if she is going to stay till next day afternoon. She agreed. Paid her BF and we were out bar hopping. Spend some time in Salambo, Centauro and few more bars. Didn't want to go to High Society hence we got some food and went back to hotel. January 5: (Day 12: Thursday).
Another amazing trip had ended. Made it in time despite heavy traffic for my flight back to Singapore. This was my third stay during the new years in Angeles City. I really enjoyed my stay here. Few observations I would like to share.
Girls were less in quantity compared to my April visit but ample choice available. Never went back without finding anyone to my liking.
Koreans were all around and in droves but it did not impact my game or mood in any bar. Their target girls seemed to be pretty different than the ones I looked for.
The younger ones especially the 18 to 20 year old were the ones picked by Koreans and early. These girls also seem to prefer ST because I checked with few during bar hopping with my girls and none were keen for LT.
I did not have any runners in AC this trip. All were willing to stay the time discussed.
Ponytail was really slow and empty whenever I visited. So was Lune time, Eruption etc. The mid perimeter road did not offer much in terms of girls or choice this trip. Neither did the Nightmoves to Candy set of bars. Didn't venture further then Firepit.

From the people I spoke to they were asked by the police to show ID before they were searched for drugs, not sure what sort of ID was shown be it passport, driving license or what but the police wanted to see some form of ID before they were searched and photographed.
Even without ID and just a photo its not too hard to get a punters name by entering his photo into a recognition programme should the police / government or any organisation want to.
As far as punters in bars, you are correct to say that if one is just sitting in a bar having a beer alone then no crime has been committed, the lines blur should one have a partly clothed girl sitting on ones lap or a finger in her pussy or the bargirl has her hand on a guys dick or in her mouth.
Where the major crime is committed is when one pays a barfine and takes the girl home for sex, it is a crime so severe in the eyes of the Phils law that it comes under the HT laws which carries an automatic no bail 20 year sentence.
There is no telling what the police are up too, my post is just to make fellow punters aware of what seems to be happening in some Angeles bars.

I don't cruise much anymore, even when I'm there as I've got some ladies I've known for a while, and bars are definitely not something I usually enjoy. However, I do make the occasional foray, just to see if much has changed since I last visited.

In following this bar police raid with the request of male identification (most likely passport) and have a question. Part of the raid is to do a male search for drugs. I am curious to understand the results of having Viagra, Kamagra in their pockets in that they are prescription drugs on you in the club. Anyone have experience or have knowledge on the results possible consider a criminal offense.

Hi Vittu, why not get the 18 year old Nurse to marry you and live in Subic if that's what you want? Actually if she is a RN she will be a little older 22 or 23. At least live with her until you make a more permanent decision. I'm in the same boat. I'm 61 and am considering Subic as a retirement locale in five years (along with South Cebu or Dumaguete area). All three have significant numbers of Westerners who are married to sweet young things who don't seem to mind being with an older gent. I've been to Patts and other places in Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. Sure there are pretty girls there and in the case of Thailand and Vietnam better infrastructure but you can't beat the sweetness of the Filpinas (and no language barrier). Go to Subic and check it out with the guys who live there. I don't think you will be dissappointed.
