You basically pay for her service for up to 30 minutes some guys finish quick and the girl bails some might stay and hang out the full time. If you don't finish in the 30 minutes that's your problem and you are still required to pay the full amount. This is why some girls want the money upfront because guys that don't finish think they don't have to pay.

I only drive in Tijuana. I just have a couple of rules. I will not drive through the ZN at night. Too many drunk gringos come out of bars and hop into their cars. It's a target-rich environment, as they say. When the clubbing starts, the car gets parked and I take Uber everywhere, I don't need any DUI hassle. And, I try to limit my driving at night.
