It's never something innocent like she just borrowed some money to buy a nice dress. When dad finds out that she has hooked a foreigner rich enough to fly her around the world, then the demands for more money are not going to stop. If anything they will get worse.

You have a lot of unknown and what ifs in your list. All of them have the potential to become a drama for you down the line. I'd recommend finding a more typical girl who doesn't have all the baggage and headwinds and just have a normal relationship with her.

With respect, it sounds like your only asking because you live in a western pussy prison and are desperate to find someone. Give it some more time and visits. You will see that there are literally thousands of girls to choose from and you can sort between those who are fun for one night only and those that you can take home to meet the family.

If you really feel bad for her, I don't blame you for it. We are all human after all. The things I've done for foreign women amaze even myself when I think about it.
