I've stayed at the Boomerang (spelling?) and Rumi hotels. Both a block or so off Perimeter up by Niftys. The Boomerang is more expensive but is a nice hotel with a restaurant and a small pool. Also a shuttle to walking street.

The Rumi is only about 5 years old and has nice rooms for very good prices. Just don't fall for the "free breakfast". It's was toast and instant coffee. No restaurant or swimming pool but when I stayed there my room had a little kitchenette area and was very nice for the money. Rumi is only down an alley from Niftys.

One guy with a clubfoot managed to sire dozens of bastards in Leyte and Davao before dropping dead condemning his offspring to a life of desperation in squalor and grinding poverty. He did not even register them with the USA Embassy to provide them with a chance to escape to a country with better opportunities through means of their own hard work upon reaching adulthood.

Some mongers are not so heartless, I met one guy who decided to remain in the Philippines and raise his son after the Filipina mother was killed. However, the majority consider their responsibilities ended upon the delivery of a cream pie and trike fare.

There is a real need for a nonprofit organization to assist the children abandoned by monger fathers. Maybe some retired bureaucrat can convince Angeles City to levy a cream pie / bastard tax on bars and hotels to help care for those children. We all know the pinoy guys run off to other provinces to escape their responsibilities but I doubt most foreigners travel to the Philippines to emulate trike drivers and counterfeit Viagra salesmen.

As for decreased sperm counts, it's not just us foreign mongers. Think there are some studies concluding that average sperm counts across the board in the West have dropped by nearly 50%, just in the last generation. At the same time, rates of testicular cancer have doubled. Ouch.

I recall a retired US military expat who was quite active in the Pearl S. Buck Foundation in the Phils, trying to help AmerAsian kids. Remember thinking that someday I needed to volunteer to help too. Sometimes, mestizas can be quite lovely, rather exotic looking, and intelligent to boot.

The raison d'etre was the Phil-Am babies sired by the GI's. Since their departure after Pinatubo creamed AC, the office shut down. The need may be greater now than before.

Got in from Boracay tonight and headed toward High Society about 12. Passed by a bar and the door girl tried to get me to come in. I said no, but I would like to see you after work. She said she didn't get off until 3 and barfine was only 2400. I said and how much of that 2400 do you get? She said 1100. I said well I will give you 1500 at 3 am.

I went down to High Society and for the first time I came up empty handed. The place was pretty packed but I didn't see anything I had to have. About 2 am I decided to go back and get the door girl and pay the barfine. Mutherfucking shit. I didn't remember which bar it was. I remember it was right there with Lollipop and may have even been Lollipop, but the girl was not outside anymore where ever it was. I went back down to High Society for a bit more and now I am back at the hotel with my dick in my hand for the first time in AC. I bet you I pay a fucking barfine tomorrow; I tell you that much! With only 2 more nights, I am not leaving my fate in the hands of High Society.

If you arrive late the taxi Mafia will try to rip you off, if you have hotel reservation they can send a van to pick you up wild Orchid resort do offer pick up, I arrive late last yr after midnight from HK I take a Jeepney it cost only 80 peso to Devera if you have a lot baggage they will charger you more but they only leave when they are full.

At 10 I went out to find my chick. Ran into her with no problem. I asked her why she did not wait for me last night. She said that someone barfined her. Guess it will be sloppy seconds for me. I told her that she would be coming with me tonight. I went and had a drink at another bar then I returned for her. We had 1 drink. My rum and coke was 120 and her San Mig Light was 300. There was a guy throwing wads of 20's at the girls. As usual I told her that I would give her the money to bring back to the bar tomorrow. She said there was no manager there to approve it and suggested that one of the waitresses come with us to the hotel to bring the money back. I assured her that it would be okay if she just brought it tomorrow.

We get to the hotel and I stop by the reception desk to drop off her ID. This fucking place I tell you. She does not have her ID. She left it at the bar and she blames me for not telling her to bring it. Seriously, you would think that if she does this everyday then she would always keep her ID with her. Good thing that I don't pay them until the next day or I would be pissed. She went back to the bar to get her ID and I came to my room to write this. Front desk just called. Damn she got back quick!
