Looks like we've got it figured out now but I'll try to clarify. Sabai Land, Sabai Dee, and Sabai Room are body massage / soapies in Pattaya. Sabai Sabai is a massage place off Soi 11 in Bangkok. Sabai Sabai offered HJ inhouse and full service was available if you took the girl out. I walked down the soi where Sabai Sabai was located a few weeks ago. I didn't see it but can't confirm with certainty that it is closed. It was late and night and I may have just missed it.
I'm sure many of us BKK old timers visited Sabai Sabai at one time or another.

For 5000 baht you can pick anyone and take her with you to your room for a whole night and if you ask nicely she might even give you a massage. ;) If you have some negotiating skills you can bring that price down. It are just different markets. Go to the oilies or soapies for massage+ in their shop; but go to the bars or clubs for fun in your room.

Sabai had prices listed on their old site but the price was only for the massage service and was like 1000B outcall for two hours. You would then negotiate a price with the girl for her services, similar to the services of wonderland massage below.
The price she quoted him of 5000B for FS is in the escort price range and 1000B for a HJ is also high even with touching. The prices you quoted above are much more in line with many of the other massage shop outcall services.

Maybe you missed the context of his advise to AppCid01. I thought it was good advice since the OP was looking for guidance on pricing.
