I recently visited this place. This place can be easily located.
Place is clean and ok compared to their branch at Maly Street.
There was around 15 ok looking ladies for selection.
I just selected relatively young one and she was ok.
Massage as usual below average. But extras is rather good.
I got full access. Clean pussy.
She was not a clock watcher and attitude is ok.
Totalcost - 1. 2 k + 2 k tip.

But very expensive. I selected the cheapest one 30 min - 3 k.
There were around 6 thai girls.
Massage is ok.
But extras HJ is 2 k but if you want touch her you need to pay 4 k.
I selected 2 k, while she was doing HJ she never let me touch her.
Very expensive place. If you need one hour massage you need to pay 6 k.
I don't recommend this place.
I think we should not visit these kinda spas. Any advice from seniors.

If locals charge this high thais extras wud be costlier. Now I wouldn't want to visit this. No point of spending this amt of hard earned money without good service.

We should boycott this type of places and I was a strong supporter of boycotting JH too. Our desperate desires are the oxygen to these money mongers. If we all collectively avoid these places and name them here they will have a slow death. Who would want a HJ for 3 to 5 k? RIDICULOUS.

Initially I was astonished by the cuteness of the therapist I got. She looked to be in her late teens (actually she was 22), very pretty and looked to be from a decent family. Basically not the kind of girl you expect to see at a venue like this. She was wearing a deep cut blouse and I had a nice view when she wast bent down doing the foot massage. However once she started talking, my attraction all but vanished as I found the things she said to be really annoying. Basically she was telling me how she never even uses a phone and even if she did, she will never give her number to anyone. Then she was bragging on about how she is in love with one customer who frequents this place and he is the only man she has given her number to. Then I reminded her that she had no phone according to what I was told earlier. Then she changed her story a bit and said she does have a phone and only given the number to this particular customer and was going on and on about how great he was and how I'll never be as charming as him etc. I could take it no more and told her to shut the fuck up. Then she tells me that many customers tell her the exact same thing and some even walk out before the massage is even over. I said I wasn't surprised.
Anyways I paid 1 k for a 1 HR foot, head and shoulder massage and for those who don't know, you have to take your shirt off the the shoulder massage in public. This place has reclining couches partitioned by boards which are no higher than chest height of an average man. I was quite embarrassed by the fact that every time another customer moved in / out, everything happening in my cubicle was visible to them. And the bloody tuk driver types really do love to stare.
The place is packed with CCTV cameras and I don't think there is any change of any extras what so ever. Basically her massaging skills were very weak as well and I came out more grumpy and more stressed out than I went in. Had to pay a late night visit to De Fonseka place afterwards (report in my previous post) just to finish myself off and feel better.

Foot comfort in Ethul kotte is have more friendlier and sexier girls. One girl is already got very friendly with me after few visits. I have been a lurker for awhile but thought to share my recent experiences with my fellow mongers and buy a subscription.
De Fon* Pla* Spa: Took the short fair girl. Overall cost me 5 k for a massage and HJ. She was really friendly and her services were good value for money. Even though I am Sri Lankan, I look from an arab country, so she was down to get to business. She was also willing to come out if the price was reasonable.
J*na: My regular go to place. I visit once a month and like said previously, the services have gone down considerably but we really don't have a lot of option do we? Check out room 4 & 9, they are definitely the best of the lot if you like slim and young.
Spa near V*a Rd: not worth the money at all. Paid 2 k entrance and another 3 k for a HJ. They have about 3 Thai and 4 SL girls. The massage was very mechanical.
Ocean V* Only Thai available. The girls are pretty but charges are higher. Cost me 6 K for entrance and another 5 k for a HJ.
S*and Hi* : They have upgraded the place. Has CCTV cameras all over. Has a nice selection of SL girls. Not the most clean place but if you are on a budget, not a place to go.
These days, I resort to a contact who sets me up with the girls, don't mind sharing if you do the same. He is a Tuk driver but has some decent contacts.

There is one washroom to serve all the cubicles. AC was not working, only fans. TTG had a wash and returned to the cubicle where the young lady was waiting, still obviously nervous. We had a quick discussion about my interest in extras and my lack of interest in an actual massage. We made a deal with a base "tip" and a promise of a performance bonus. The girl seems inexperienced but was eager to please and took instruction well, so I had a satisfactory conclusion.

Visited this place as I was curious. I Prasad the place everyday on my way to work.
This is on top the floor of Kottawa Sathosa building. I visited around 7.30 pm. A friendly middle aged man welcomed me. As soon as I my foot I knew the place was a normal SL massage place. Entrance was 1.2 k. A doctor guy was there who didn't give a shot and was glued to a laptop. Got a selection of 3 village looking milfs. Selected the thinnest of the lot. Name was Nayani & from Ampara. Got an average massage. Didn't demand a tip. She offered a HJ which I accepted. She didn't know how to do it properly. But after my directions she gave me a HJ the way I prefer. Shot the load, got the number, gave a tip and left.
The woman said that there were four ladies, but I saw only three. I'm not sure the other one will look good. I'll check if I'm desperate to visit the place.
Place is average. Available women are average. Plus point is she never demand a tip which is a mood killer for me.
