What some people do here is they go to La 49 and hook up with girls there, and then once they gain each others' confidence they start to arrange outcall sessions from them. That usually runs around 150k for TLN. Once again, La 49 would be a helluva rare treat for me. I'm just too much of a cheap bastard. I can't imagine paying 160k just for bottle service, even if split 4 or 5 ways. That's so far above the normal market value here it's not even funny!
There are tons of brothels along la 17, Santa Fe as is mentioned here a lot, and also along the 60s and 70s and La Caracas there are tons of other places. Most of these places are in the 30-70k range. Once again, takeout is almost always an option, especially after you've hit a particular girl a couple times. The good part is that these areas are very concentrated so if you don't like one place you just move on.
Oz Platinum on 74th just below Caracas is a strip club where they have a room where you can take girls. The incall part is cheap, to take a girl out is ridiculously expensive though. I have reports from a couple threesomes I had there with my wife a long time ago, you can search for it.
TBPH, I'm in an amigovia phase and really don't even visit the whiskerias that much at this particular point. Thanks[/QUOTE]I stayed at the Embassy Suites several times, called an Escort Service, the lady went to the front desk, they phoned me to advise I had a visitor, once the clerk escorted the lady, knocked on the door and I signed something. That was the worst of it. I never brought one back, I do not think they would object.
In my recent research into chica fees and chica friendliness, I e-mailed a lot of places and called a few too. Here's what I found as far as chica fees go. I think you can circumvent these fees in some cases, such as when you can sneak a girl in or make buddies with the front desk clerk. In any case, these are the "official policies" of the hotels.
By the way, for my money the Embassy Suites is the place to be. I had no problem bringing girls back. They didn't even have to sign in. No charges, no nothing. The suites are large and clean. Something like $120 USD per night.

In general hotel staff do not hazzle customers when bringing in a girl. During daytime she just registers at the reception and no additional fee should be paid. At night in good hotels where security is high, which is recommendable of course, registration should be required, too. In smaller hotels, especially if the staff knows you well, the night guards could let the girl in when you accompany her, generally without asking questions.
Guys, everybody knows, what is going on and that especially foreigners tend to have a bunch of girlfriends over there. I am in mid 30s and used to stay in Suitesreal and have never had a problem there. Just be a good and friendly guest, good Spanish helps, tip the security guys and all will be fine, even if you come home with changing temporary girlfriends.
Back to chica fees in upperclass hotels and apartment suites: You are the guest, you pay the room and I for ex. have never paid any additional chica fee for an overnight guest. As soon as they try to put it on my invoice the manager gets an immediate appointment with me. One thing helps: I always make reservations for 2 persons, even if I check in alone. So even the breakfast is already paid for 2 persons. No chance of covering any additional fee then.
And again: Fluent Spanish and a friendly chat with the security guys helps a lot, so that they know you well and can expect a tip.

In Mexico the room rate is the same for 1 or two persons if they share a bed. So at least in part the chica fee is actually an extra person fee.
