He probably intends to start asking for a fee in a few months from now or earlier.

I also assume that he's started promoting his business here, using the username Ariel007, showing little respect to the fact that this is a users' forum, and underestimating the veterans that recognize his activity and expose him in no time. He'd better stop doing it here.
