As far as your signal being weak it has nothing to do with the sim card itself. It has to do with the signal strength coming from the cell phone towers and your phone's hardware.

It might depend on whom you bank with whether or not you are charged a fee but the ATM will mentionpage the fee if you were charged one and you would have to accept or decline it, so by default if there was no mention of a fee then there was no fee charged. You can do the math if you have any doubt, Rp 1,200,000 (a common max withdrawal amount at ATMs in Jakarta) should show up on your account as $71.40 USD give or take). As far as the ATM eating your card that is highly unlikely unless if you forget your card inside the ATM but you should always have several back up cards in the rare event that does happen and have them linked together through zelle so you can zelle yourself money between the different cards.

Here in Pangandaran, Pantai Hiu, you have a park close, I have been taken in photo 2 times in just 30 minutes, last time I was lost, a guy took me on this motorbike to the right destination.

When I smile to people, everyone smile back in return, included all the girls. If I do that in my country people would think I am retarded.

She was probably one of the worst sessions I had the entire two months I spent in Jakarta.

Even I was hanging out with fellow ISG member Pokeris one night at the Red Star Hotel across from Travel sitting at the tables there by the entrance and she came up to us with some cross-eyed dude bothering us.

As far as Sparks Life Hotel that is right the place smelled of chemicals really bad especially on the third floor. The airbnb I found in Pasar Baru was much better in regard to the air quality however I got repeatedly bullied by a certain American Expat for the fact that I chose to stay in a $9 a day airbnb instead of a luxury 5-star hotel. One thing I despise more than anything else on ISG is guys who think they are better than others simply because they have a bigger budget and stay at places like the Marriott. In fact I coined the term 'Marriott Guys' to refer to them.

I have my private messaging turned off for a reason, actually several.

For one, so I won't get distracted because I have alot of other more important things going on in my life besides just mongering and ISG, especially when I am not on a trip, and I get distracted enough as it is. Secondly because I get alot of stupid people asking me stupid questions through PMs that could easily be answered through the search function and a little bit of effort. I do however turn it back on from time to time if there arises a need for it.

Apologies if my lack of sympathy came off as condescending, maybe it's different for me as I mostly grew up with technology. Anyways as I mentioned, there is a VPN called Windscibe that is 100% free (10 gb of traffic per month) and works great in Indonesia (or in any country).

I didn't think it was possible, but the place of your third photo looks even worse than the rooms at KI. I guess you made it to the rail tracks? Was it worth it?

The other day I came to Classic early around 2 pm, and there were only a few below average girls there. I stayed until after 3. 15 pm waiting for someone cute and then gave up.

If anything coming around 4 pm is much better (based on my 2-3 times when I came around 4 pm), as there are usually few cute girls available, but not a lot of customers.

However if you want to go somewhere early, I recommend Travel instead.

I don't normally go to Travel, but I just so happened to be in the area around 1:30 pm the other day and they let me in.

There were already quite a few girls inside, and by 2 pm it was quite a lot of them there (2 full sofas in the main room, and a few scattered girls in the back).

I would say around 30-40 girls in total, with a few cute ones as well.

But there was also no other customers, so beware it will be a mostly empty bar just with you, mama-sans and the girls on the sofas.

When I get back I want to go check out the train tracks agsin and this time partake. When I went there last time I didn't see any working girls as we had gotten there too early. I have read back pages and pages but cannot see addresses listed? Google search yields vague responses but no idea if this responses returned actually relate to the specific locations?

Go to Google Maps. Type in the city (Jakarta).

Then type in the business name.

Now you have to use some brains. You have to look at the list, or type in Classic Spa (or Hotel), Emporium Spa, and Travel Spa. It should come up first in the list. You can verify by looking at the reviews, or by looking at Google street view.

I believe the ride share App uses Google Maps. Easy to get there.

Note: those VPNs sometimes work; it varies.

Go to their sites. There will be a link labeled "Download". Click on it. You probably will have to select either Windows or Mac / Apple.

You will get a .exe file. Double click on it. This installs their program.

Then you have to say yes to couple of questions.

Then it will install their program.

You have to give your details and register. Both of them will give a free trial period. But you need to cancel before the trial period, or you will be charged. Note that it will auto-renew.

Then you have to turn it on, and select the country.

At the airport, they will load the SIM and ensure that it works. Make sure you ask all the relevant questions.

The way I do it is to load an E-SIM. I use Airalo. I get the $69 plan for 1 year, 20 GB, and 138 countries. It should cover all the countries that you need.

Now, there will be problems for you.

First, you need a phone that can use an E-SIM. Then, you need to figure out how to load the E-SIM from Airalo. My Pixel phone has E-SIM (able to load multiple E-SIMs) and a physical slot.

The problem is (that my 80 year old aunt cannot figure out) that you have to be able to switch between the SIMs (if you use other SIMs with that phone).
