I am just wondering why some mongers seem to wait desperately the opening of the FKK when they can get sex everywhere for free. Finding airline tickets on sale certainly turned into finding a needle in a haystack. Seems all tickets have gone up 100% in average from all airline. Some even more than that if the airline got into financial difficulties during the pandemic. Wonder how long this price hike will go on:

At the same time inter continental travel is still halved. Borders need to open fully and demand needs to come back. I follow major us to Europe routes and not only there are fewer flights but they are also running 767 300's in place of 787's. Who knows maybe they revert back to old capacity only next summer.

I signed up for Scott's Cheap Flights. I think you put in your departure airport and it'll email you when they see great deals from Google Flights. The deals only last a couple days, but I like the feature. That's when I usually decide when to buy tickets to Germany. I've gotten great deals, as low as $500 round trip nonstop from Western USA to Germany. I think it costs $50 annually, but I save that after one booking.

Last deal was on June 6th and it was non-stop to Frankfurt for $592, for July 2021 through September 2021, and Lufthansa or United. I bought this right away because I figured in August most of the clubs would be open, and if not I'll just change my flight. I have started to use Lufthansa Premium Economy because it includes two checked bags (I bring monitors to work remote Monday and Tuesdays because clubs tend to be dead), seats recline more, they are more comfortable, more points etc. Because it's an overnight flight, I get better sleep in Premium Economy, so I wake up ready to go when I land. I think total was $1,300.

Have found as low as 500 usd? Well, 400-500 usd for an intercontinental round trips europe-usa-europe, or europe-asia-europe was easy pre pandemic. Sometimes I could find bargains at about 300-350 euro round trip. But not now.
