Significant numbers of people are not provably getting AIDS via this method. While a less serious STD can be caught from BBBJ, the difference in risk over unprotected normal sex is not just a few percent. Many uninformed doctors would say that STD cannot be caught from blow job at all, just because they have not heard of it.
