So does anyone know how the girls are recruited to work there and how the mamasans get paid? Are they employees of the hotel or the girls have to give them a cut when they make money? This entire thing is just intriguing 😆.

They've evolved with Stone Age software running in a 21st-century world an instinctive drive to secure and maintain resources. This comes from a time when they were physically vulnerable during pregnancy and childbirth. It's not good or bad it's just biological reality. Men procure resources women the cute ones especially, by nature, figure the easiest way to attract and extract them. The best way and I think we have evolved to just drown out the noise they feed us about problems. Just kind of fades into the background, selective hearing, is what I would call it actually listening to women complain would put us all in the grave early. But the new and shiny objects we meet at a place like this makes us forget those imperatives for a little while. When men come back to their senses it always feels like what the fuck was I doing I need to keep resources to use on newer shinier things.

The recruitment part I have no idea, probably word of mouth, I always wonder how the Venezuelans find out about this place to come work. They don't work for the hotel they work in tandem. 100% the girls cut in the mamasan and probably well they teach them the game. That's why I figure they always freak out about tips because they know some of that is leaving their pocket as soon as they see them. I've never seen them not communicate in some way how long they are staying and getting the nod. How do you think they afford all of those surgeries.

Yes, "the force is strong" with some of them those hooks sink deep. When one chica especially the vets zero in on you and begins marking their territory. God help you. That's the problem with a place of this size and remote location. Hopefully he learned and grew from that and used pliers to pull those hooks out.

He then has sex with them, to see if they are willing, and reviews their performance with an HR committee. They are given ratings and it is kept for one year. If they run out early, they get demerits which could lead to firing if they accumulate too many in one year. Come on, do you think this really occurs?

I was cool with a Fatima, but she's not working there anymore and I don't have her number or contact information. I would like to see her again but the other girls that work there I don't see myself hanging out with any of them, I have my own rotation of girls that I visit when I'm there now I've been there enough times that I have a pretty good amount of girls that I spend time with when I'm there.

But I dug and found some Intel. Apparently all the girls have to give the mamasans 3 k pesos each every month and if a girl doesn't show up for work when she is scheduled she pays 1 k peso. I have no idea what it was for but it was probably for missing a day. I've also been there and saw them interview a girl in the lobby area by the pool table.

They are running a scam 😂. I definitely wasn't going to spend $100. One thing I can say is that she is relentless. She was texting me every 20 seconds asking me if I sent it. She was super annoying 😆. And she proved it was a scam after she told me she didn't want the $20, because that was $20 more than what she had before.

My girl lives in the country part of La Vega and it takes 1000 pesos ($16) for a taxi just to get to the bus station to come see me in Santo Domingo. Then the bus is like 400 pesos.
