I return to Pattaya today. Still not sick, I guessed I dodged a bullet after spending the night with an infected lady.
I won't get into Pattaya until after 10 pm, so I will sleep alone tonight. The fun starts tomorrow when a silicon enhanced MILF comes to my condo in the afternoon. Now I cannot speak to Thailand. Got my first trip planned for later this year. But I was just in the Disunited States of America for 2 hours and was ready to leave. I completed my business and flew out on a red-eye. Didn't even spend the night. I would not live in the Disunited States of America if they paid me to do it. Too dangerous. My biggest fear is not crime but the police.

Your statistics are based on CDC gun deaths per 100,000 of each state. I live in Baltimore. There are about 600,000 people in Baltimore and 5 million in the state so the 3-400 murders committed in Baltimore are diluted by the total state population. Contrast to the State of Wyoming which has less than 600,000 total population. Also keep in mind that gun deaths also include suicides which compromise 54% of all gun deaths. So. You can push your fake news but truth is that liberal cities like Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York, Chicago, St. Louis, LA, etc are murder capitals and extremely dangerous places to be and having lived here I'd rather be living in Pattaya hands down. And if you read the study cited and linked in my post they absolutely compared per capita deaths by murder among various cities and counties led by Dem Mayors vs Repub Mayors, not just by states. And many of those Repub-led cities' murder rates are far higher than those of Dem-led cities.
