Java man, agree. Telephone bar is one of my favourites as well. Last trip I ended making a daily visit to both TB and DD. Only issue is explaining it to the Moto taxi guys as it is a bit away from usual places of action. I am planning to visit back patta early Sep and telephone bar top of list.
There were some questions in the Pattaya Hotel section on the Jomtien scene, especially the Jomtien Complex. The Jomtien Complex is a collection of gay bars, if that is not your thing, it is not worth a visit. Otherwise there is a single run down gogo bar across the VT7 building with very little talent. Also there are some beer bars along Thappraya Rd. With mostly older girls. You can also find beer bars at the Rompho market, and there is also a gogo there, but there, again talent is limited. I often have the feeling that these bars function as "retirement homes" for girls who have seen better days. Action can be had at the massage places in Jomtien Soi 6 and there you can find the occasional gem in the rough!
All in all Jomtien is a pretty laid back place with a good vibe, little action and nice beach by Pattaya standards and some of the best restaurants in town. I do prefer staying in one of the big condo buildings like VT2, VT5 or VT7, especially if I am in town for longer periods of time, as it is a nice option giving you more of the feeling of a beach holiday with WS 10 minutes away by baht bus.

(I may return to get to know her better.).
I took Nok4 to ST room, on the premises (350Bht for the hour,) her contribution was 1000Bht. The room had hot water and AC. About the 30-40 min mark she started worrying about the time limit. I told her we had plenty of time and I'd pay extra of we went over the time. We did the usual calisthenics. It was fun playing with such a little woman, but nothing spectacular. I got her contact info, as she was interested in coming to my hotel. BTW, Rioja opens at 11a or 12p, and closes at 9p, but most of the ladies were gone by 8p.
Motocy charged me 60Bht starting from Tukcom area. They had to call a motocy for my return trip, he wanted 100Bht to go to another club near by: Camel Toe. (Review to follow.)

Hit 9 gogo clubs on Walking Street last night between 8:30 pm to 1:30 am. In order of best lineup, only the first 2 were amazing.
Baccara.
Sensations.
Sapphire.
Glass House
Happy (has been poor 3 visits in past week).
Infinity
Electric Blue
Peppermint.
Iron. In a class a crap all on its own. Who wants to see a man pretending to be a ladyboy swing on the rings?
Clubs were visited in this order: Happy, Baccara, Sensations, Peppermint, Infinity, Iron, Electric Blue, Glass House, Sapphire. This is important since a club may have a large number of girls barfined at midnight.
We ordered the same drinks in every club. The cheapest was Happy at 190. the most expensive was Iron at 325.
Visited Kinnaree again. Vastly improved from last month when I found the lineup to be very subpar for their standards. About 4-5 new girls started this week. Also, little Goi has returned. The old girls are griping there are way too many girls now, which there are for such a small place. Not many guys and no room wait. Ladydrinks are reasonable. 6 tequilas for 550 or 125 each. Definitely worth visiting again soon.
Don't think most guys on here go to The Pier on Walking Street, located beside the Russian gogo club, Galaxy. I am making this post since The Pier has recently added hostess girls to their staff. There are about 8 of them 2 of which stood out to me. It's 200 per ladydrink. The one I spoke with is an ex gogo girl. Not sure if there is any barfine or the cost to take a girl home sinced I was already with 4 girls.

I just joined the forum. I have been reading up on the Pattaya scene for a few days, and found some great information and advice. I have been to Pattaya over 25 times over the last 10 years. Was there in May this year and hoping to go over in late November, as well.
I was a regular at Whats Up, Peppermint, Hot Tuna, Iron Club etc but moved to the beer bars at Jomtien on my last visit. Met a cute lady and had a great time.
I have been alone on all my visits, and would like to know if I could meet up with someone on my next visit in November?
I've been to Pattaya twice before, in February of this year and last. Only did a little walking around so far, but so few people around compared to the high season. I'll be interested to see how walking street is this time of year. I'm going to try to be more fiscally responsible and keep away from the top of the line agogos. It would be great if prices come down a bit during low season but I'm not expecting it. That being said there is one girl I remember from Sensations I want to see and will take her out if she's still working.

I think it's fine to carry that kind of pills if it is a medical prescription, carry the prescription with you, to show in case if they ask, I carried some prescribed medicine, not an issue, about Russian girls beware dude, they will force you to buy lady drink, I don't think it's good idea to visit Russian bars, unless you are super rich.

Something else to look forward to is the new Midnight Pattaya disco being built above Blue Sky III (across from Sensations). Says opening 2016/2017.
also don't believe anyone has mentioned the renos at Sapphire. imo they are a huge improvement. Makes the club feel much roomier.

What do all you mongers do during the day?
I've been to Pattaya twice and loved the experience. However, my only complaint is, what can I do during the day?
I only need 6 hours of sleep. I go to bed around 1 am and wake up at 7 am year-round. That creates a problem in Pattaya because their is nothing to do after breakfast.
I've hung out in a Starbucks, done the boat tours, and even tried my hand at shopping. I basically have a six hour time gap which desperately needs filled. Massage parlors can fill one hour, what about the rest of the time?
Expert mongers, help me out!
Side note, I'll be returning in Jan-Feb if anybody wants to meet up for a beer.
At Banana Boi, you're correct, it was a poor choice of wording on my part to say you recommended The Pier.
I ended up not going in there, I actually had forgotten about the place until later in the night and by then I was caught up in other things. Started last night at Windmill. Large crowd, lots of girls, but low on talent. I wished for one moment that I could have taken a photo. They had two naked girls, one sitting down, the other on her hands and knees in doggystyle position in front of her. The doggystyle girl was holding her head in her hands with a look of absolute boredom, meanwhile some guy was fondling her tit with absolute joy. Funny image. Popped into wildcats, I usually go for the free shot with a beer. Only one girl caught my eye, and if my target wasn't at Sensations, then I would have considered coming back for her. Next was Electric Blue. Nothing too special, I remembered better looking girls when I was there in February. Then it was Sensations to see if the girl I hoped to see was still working there. I didn't get to bar fine her on my last trip. The night I had met her, the guy that she said was the owner popped in, he grabbed a group of the girls to join him and she was among the group and she said she couldn't leave. So last night, I go in and grab a seat. As I am scanning the stage, I hear someone calling my name and sure enough it was her. It was a pleasant surprise to hear that she not only remembered me even though we never banged, but she remembered my name. After her stage time was up, she came over and we shared a couple drinks before heading to the hotel. Her body was as great as I imagined and she was as wet as could be. Great first evening back in Pattaya. This afternoon I took up with a little 19 yr old on Soi 6. Besides stepping out for dinner, not sure what I will be up to for tonight.
Best bet is to find a hotel with a nice pool and enjoy it!
