Back from an 8 day trip after being gone for two years. Many changes with the bars closed off with windows, little fresh air and more hard core chicas then before. New Garden has a new policy, no more chicas sitting around the pool during the day unless you bring them in. I saw chicas try to come in and they were just turned away at the door. Most afternoons when I sat at the pool it was me and the two local dogs on lounge chairs, depressing. Yes off season but it was never like this before. I like to scuba dive and that was only fair at best. With the absence of those afternoon chicas no reason to return. Hope the hotel changes their policy, I let them know it was a disappointment. Curacao gets my vote for the next monger trip, Campo Allegre has much more to offer.

vernon lythcott was arrested on the jetway at kennedy airport as he was about to board a flight to the dominican republic. his second trip to the caribbean island since january.

lythcott. 48, of brooklyn, paid two 15-year-old girls to have sex with him for $80, according to a complaint filed in brooklyn federal court.

it is illegal for usa citizens to have sex with someone under the age of 16 or a prostitute under the age of 18 anywhere in the world.

a homeland security agent stationed in the dominican republic was tipped off about an american tourist engaging in sex with the teens and interviewed both victims, special agent karine stewart stated in the complaint.

'the victims also reported that during the course of that night they had used vernon lythcott's cellular telephone to check their facebook accounts and had also 'friended' lythcott on facebook, ' stewart stated.

'lythcott also used an application on his phone to translate sexual instructions from english to spanish. '

lythcott, who supervises security screeners at kennedy airport, allegedly admitted to the agents that he had sex for money with the girls but thought they were 16. which is still illegal. he also acknowledged that someone had procured women for him to have sex with on about 45 trips and they were always older than 18.

assistant usa attorney tyler smith said in court that lythcott was carrying $2, 470 in usa currency and $750 in dominican pesos when he was arrested.

the tsa suspended him without pay and will begin the process of terminating lythcott from his $59, 000-a-year job.

magistrate steven gold released the alleged pervert on $250, 000 bail and ordered him to steer clear of locations where children congregate, like toys stores, schoolyards, fast food restaurants and the children's section of a library.

lythcott's lawyer declined to comment. [/i]

i do not know who the guy is but it is a lesson to be learned. he did quite a number of mistakes that many of us should avoid.

the first mistake is having sex with a minor. this is obvious.

the second mistake is that he is in a security job (in a position, out of all things, that is the departure and entry point from, when traveling to the dr!). let us face it if some guy is going to the dr without any family, is not dominican, and no indications of business dealings what is one to think! this holds true even for the philippines and thailand. with such an obvious security job people pay attention more.

third, he probably mentioned it to some of the workers at his job (heck, i've talked to workers at my job about this stuff. who doesn't? someone at the guy's job likely tipped off the tsa in dr. i mean, the guy went to the dr 45 times. it is hard not to notice. i've since learned to use discretion in the states when discussing my vacations.). they probably knew what he was doing all along.

the girls used his cell phone. i would never allow a chica to use my personal phone because of all the contact information on it and rarely allow them to use my dr phone, unless i really trust the chia, or it is on someone else's name. i do not want the chicas to have any extra contact information on me since it can open up a can of worms. i've had chicas call and email me for money. and there is also the small chance that they can make allegations against you and use this contact information to track you down.

he admitted to assuming that the chicas were 16 years old. obviously he must have said something before hiring a lawyer. i would have denied everything and then when getting the lawyer have him do all the explaining.

he friended them on facebook. well, talk about leaving a trail! the tsa is likely now to look at all his friends on facebook. (in fact, two of the pictures in the article are from lythcott's facebook account).

i would never admit that someone procured women for me to have sex with. it sounds like pimping and now gives the impression that he is soliciting prostitutes.

Much better selections walking the streets, and at the beach.

The problem with curacao, is campo is dead during the day. The best girls are sleeping, since they were working all night. Only a few to choose from, and they are usually the bottom feeders.

that guy is finished forever with his face plastered all over the internet like that. he should just move to the dr (after his prison sentence), buy him a moto and become a motochonco because he'll never work in the us again.

another newspaper article talked about the tsa agent being stopped in kennedy and when they looked at the guy's cell phone he had photos of the **** chicas he had sex with.

in a previous post when cubadave arrived to miami tsa agents were checking his camera and computer for pictures. i guess just to be on the safe side whenever taking pictures, put it on a sim card and have it separated from the camera and computer.

some 20+years old chicas may look **** to some people. it seems that it is safer to erase all photos from the camera when you travel. it's quite easy to upload your photos / videos on on the cloud, use hdd or store it on the tablet or laptop, of course everything must be password protected.

and if your camera will be lost or stolen, very personal photos will not end up all over internet.

one would hope the local authorities might be a little concerned also with the d. r. nationals, who routinely get **** girls pregnant.

the kids from charamicos, who i've known for years, presented me with their pride and joy bambinos, my first trip down their this year.

The last time they did this I raised hell back there. I asked them why they were constantly doing this and they would not give me an answer. They would ask me why am I not bringing back a lot of bags. & I would flippantly ask them how many bags does your 007 manual say I am supposed to return with? And the more I raised hell the more officers that showed up. & I did not care. I've fought in two wars for my country and pay my taxes. I'm not going to be challenged upon re entering my own country like I am an alien. Especially by someone that is probably 20 years younger than me. And I point blank told them if they want a naked inspection I'll give it to him. I started to take my shirt off-you should have seen the horror on their faces as they said "no no you don't have to".

I distinctly remember to women who were from Argentina in front of me. The guy we've been through without even thinking twice I show up at the counter in the guy without even looking at me send me to secondary inspection. So you're not going to tell me they're not profiling.

Showdown[/QUOTE]I can't speak for why they send you into secondary but in my case it is somewhat justified and I have no problem with it. I have the same exact name and birthdate of someone on the no fly list. It was explained to me that the agents in the booths at border patrol are not allowed to pass someone through under these circumstances as my passport is flagged because of what I mentioned. When I go into secondary the agents cross reference my SS# and my passport # and without asking me a single question I am usually out of there in a flash because USA citizens are given priority over the roomful of foreigners. The first few times they didn't explain to me what the hell the reason was but on about the third or fourth time I insisted that someone explain to me why this was happening and it was explained to me in detail. In my opinion those guys at the border are fighting a war every day just like you did, most of the world hates us and would love to enter our country and wreak havoc upon us, border patrol and immigration is the first line of defense, I personally commend the job that they do.
