Appreciate the feedback. I gave a call to Boudoir to get some info. Was informed it was for couples and that stags would have to "open a bottle"! Was told it's 1.6 K for a bottle. How the hell do you want me to go through a 1 litre bottle by myself? So have had my own place for a few weeks now and wanted to share the experience. First thing is that it is a quiet a headache to set the whole thing up. Buying in Dubai is not easy on paperwork + the brokers are lazy buggers don't do anything much after the sale, so have to set up utilities, cable tv, car park card etc on your own. Anyways got all this shit sorted out and finally have the place up and running. The second thing is that once you have a place lots of people want to "borrow" it. So if you enter the hotel through the front entrance, you have to turn left and then right and then right again so you get to the rear entrance. There is a café/ restaurant connected to the hotel. It has outdoor seating that wraps around the side of the hotel. The WG I saw was in the lobby near the rear entrance sitting on her own. I can't remember the name of the restaurant.

The back entrance is the easiest way to locate the girls. When you are facing the back entrance, you can see the girls sitting outside smoking etc on your left. What works for me is not get into GFE mode with them right away but give instructions on what you expect beforehand. Set up the correct dynamic and it works out ok.
