With all these things there are always some guys it doesn't work for, or gives unpleasant side-effects. And can vary with the same guy from day to day. I have heard very few complainets about La Pela, though. On one long trip I was taking it most days for four weeks and I started to get dizzy spells so I stopped. May not even have been that. It was blazing hot that summer and I am ancient. Viagra makes me very flushed in the face but other guys have no problem with it.
It is all trial and error as to what works for you, and maybe a good idea to desist after a while, like I did, or change to something different to avoid too much build-up in your metabolism.

However for the short time "sport fucking"sessions I like taking 1/4 of a Viagra which works fine for me. Somebody a couple of months ago posted about a place to buy the 100 mg generic Viagras for cheap which were of good quality.

Can anyone advise me on the following? How busy is it in Sosua in June, does it get much less chicks than in March? (I've only been there in February, March and August / September). Is it quiet early in the week maybe? Or won't I notice the difference from when I was there in March? I know the low season has started, but don't really know the details of the ups and downs in chicas / tourists during the summer months. And from those of you in the know who live in the DR all year round, is it much hotter and more humid than when I was there in March?

I've been there just about every month of the year, and from my experience nighttime on Pedro is always busy. You may find it quiet sometimes during the day, early in the week, especially at the beach, but once the sun goes down the show is on!
As to the weather if you prepare for hot and humid you'll be OK, But you're on holiday with shade and cool drinks, not running around working up a sweat. As long as your room has A /C it's fine.
The hurricane season is taken in stride down there, not hyped up like it is in the press up north. I've been down there during at least two, and though Pedro can flood, it soon drains away.
During one particularly strong hurricane I called my GF and asked how the weather was. "Normale", she said, "it's windy and wet". No big deal.

They'll promise you everything, and as long as you want, for a starting price.
Then everything else is extra, They'll expect a propina, and motoconcho money.
You tell 'them how satisfied you are and they'll expect double the price. Then they'll leave. Early.
But hey, you want to fall asleep in the arms of your new dream girl. But, truth is you're on vacation. She has a bambina and momma or another relative waiting for her to take care of the baby, or bring home some food, or the rent, or to help repay the ongoing loan. If she hasn't made enough money, she may want to try her luck on the last call at Rhumba, or the Casino.

I wish I had your ability to detect the good providers from the bad; I can't tell whether a guy will have a good or bad session from a Dominicana he has chosen. However, if this guy were in Brazil, Argentina or El Salvador, for example, chances are he is going to have a mind blowing experience. However, in trying to be fair to the chicas I am not small and I like to practice porn star sex. I don't think Dominican women like that. Also, again to be fair to the Dominican chicas they are good at 'run of the mill' sex. To be additionally fair to them I have no time for GFE, for me it is point and click. Boring but that's me.
