Street walkers on and around Sukhumvit generally cost the same I. E. BHT 1000-2000 ST. They are generally 3-4/10 and mostly past there sell by date. Some claim to be from Morocco and ask for BHT 2K-3K. Moroccans are hot favourite of Arabs. I cannot speak Arabic and as such cannot confirm if they are really from Morocco or not.

In Grace Hotel they may ask between BHT 3000 – 5000 ST. Quality is definitely better than street and almost all of them are Uzbeks or local Thais or rarely South American. Remember Grace Hotel is full of super rich Arabs.

In CM2 night club in Novotel in Silom they range from BHT 5000 to BHT 10000 LT. Quality is very good and mostly Uzbek, Kazak, Kyrgyz, Mongolians, Turks and may be some Russians / Ukrainians. You may also find blacks and local Thais. In CM2 local Thais may ask for BHT 4k and my go for BHT 3K.

I think you can find them another club called 'Boss' or 'Bossy' with quality and rates comparable to CM2. I have never been there,

In Rajeah hotel on Soi 4 may cost BHT 2500. Quality is reasonable but you have to use their room in the hotel.

Please note that prices also depend upon time of the day and your bargaining skill and I must admit that I am not very good at that.

Why they cost more.

They are not as common as locals and generally people like what they do not have. You will notice most Europeans going after Thai girls particularly from Issan province (darker in colour) where as Thais going after fairer colour locals.

Warning.

CIS may ask for money up front and they are famous for converting LT to ST I. E. Leaving after two / three hours. So be careful when you negotiate the deal and clarify everything in job interview.

Therefore, best policy is not to pay upfront.

As another poster said, and I agree, there could be various reasons.
