No. Bar girls and street girls are usually fair with their deals and expect no tips. But if I find those who are really nice, sweet, sexy, trusting, I would give them may be 20% after sessions. Little nervous about not having a passport as mines still getting renewed. But seems like mongers have been able to cross no problem w / o passport.

Drive in, or walk or request to pay the 20 dollar admittance fee for people with no passport. It's not official but they know what you are saying. Don't ask to bribe anyone with money. In this case they won't look at any Identification. You won't be given any paperwork or 6 month travel pass. 3rd option is to walk in on Mexican line with only a small back pack or less and don't look at the guy don't say Hello,. If you look Latino there's 999% chance he won't stop you. If you look black or Chinese there's 90% chance he will stop you. If you look white and walk fast don't look, for myself, I am stopped 30% of the time.

Preprinting may help but I think they still want to see a passport. You might be able to try a $20 bribe. If that doesn't work and you get turned away. You can always try getting a ride in. Guys are selling rides into Mexico by the jack in the box corner.
2 pm, Used my 6 month visa entry, walked right in. Saved a hot 30-40 minutes. Bienvenidos! Would everything run this perfect? Of course not. LOL. Booked a $65 single a week ago with a request for a upstairs quiet room. Sorry sir, rates are now $75. Reception guy says hotel is fully booked, you're not getting an upper quiet floor. Are you a VIP? I suppose if I was he would have tried to help me. Since I'm booked for 1 night, non VIP, I get a third floor room, 1 door and 5 up-steps for the most famous ST room's in Cascada. This negates my plan of avoiding the ST hustle as music base, loud workers, and knock boy walkie talkies can be heard through my door. In my opinion, stacks the odds against me at separating the bar and the girl.
Since I already banged out a decent but non-inspired repeat SG around 2:30 pm, showered up, I head out to get some grub away from the Zona. I'm wearing my Tijuana outfit: dirty nike's, beat up surf hat, plain no style dark colored T and shorts. I'm definitely looking like a Chula Vista cross border gringo native. To top things off, I even went full 'method' and left my brand new Hummer H2 and Maserati in my garage and drove down in my very old Home Depot pick up truck LOL.
Google Maps makes many food places on Revo seem decent, in reality they are total dives. As I walked past Ceasars at 4:30 pm there must have been 20+ people waiting to be seated, must be decent. I finally settled at Tia Juana Tilly's across from Las Pulgas. It didn't look great but I got tired of searching for a spot. I don't need to go back, neither do you. After an hour decent massage, I'm rested and ready for round 2.
I figure my options are A) take the Hong Kong $100+ wine and dine YMMV gamble or B) salvage my 21 hour cascada ST room and find Jimena or similar higher quality SG that works the back alley Cascada door. I'm 90% intent on crossing Jimena off the bucket list and her style fits my loud room well.
Heading back through the alley around 8+pm I am sensing a shortage of talent. I'm approaching Chavalas door and see Jimena waiting behind door #1 on 'let's make a deal'. I get tired of big game hunting and head to the street where the target is stationary only to find my target is not there. That's ok, its not even 9 pm I'll take a stroll and check out the scene at other clubs and wait for my turn at the pump;).
Adelita bar. No bueno, maybe 2-3 girls I'the pay for of course my Asian buds are tied up with them LOL. Tables of guys sitting around with 28-38 year old out shape slutty fruit cart vendors. I often envy these dudes as I'm always on the hunt. I just can't do it. Maybe all the extra's they serve make up for it.
Chicago Club. Great music, cool laid back scene. I don't think I saw 1 lady I would pay for. Interesting note, as I was exiting I saw a Korean dude mid 40's hard to tell exact age accountant style taking up a heavily tatted older somewhat cute thicker style girl. I was quite surprised by that rare selection. Made me realize I'm definitely a cheetah in this jungle.
Tropical Bar. Walk in 3 younger style ladies sitting with frowns on the left upon entry.
One of them in more of a bathing suit **** wear making a bit more eye contact and eagerness to engage. Must be possible up and comer's. The newness factor had me interested and the cute one had a more petite build and jeans on. As I second glanced she appeared the most disinterested. Overall, talent level was average. Again nothing eye catching in that place.
Head back to the Alley no 'J' Cascada starlet. Perhaps she took the evening off and was basically gone from 8:30 - 10 pm. Perhaps some hours for anyone looking for her. She has an early Sunday, hit her quota, or got bought out by one of the many over paying mongers on this site LOL. Or at least this night.
Ended the evening with a capture something quickly before both heads go limp and it was better than expected considering the 2 whiffs I had already made being indecisive. I barely made it before the Monday morning surge at 4:30 am about 45 people in front of me, only took 15 minutes because they doubled the agents at that time. Still, at 5 am - 6 am I'm guessing the waits would not be fun 45 minutes ++. All car lanes were backed up FAR at that time.
I'll be channeling my inner Eminem over the next few weeks, hoping to not waste good opportunities on my next visit.
Just crossed the border from San Ysidro into Tijuana for the very first time. Had no issues getting thru the border with a dentist "appt" without paying the $30 fee. Just checked in the Cascadas which has a poorly run check in process. If any Tijuana vets would like to hang, please PM me. Had my tours of duty in Asia but besides a trip to Cartagena, Boca Chica, and Jaco over a 10 year period I am a newbie in this hemisphere. Not looking to hang with any wild cowboys just cool guys who can appreciate some bar talk. Safe travels.

You are allowed to present a receipt of a passport application. The Mexican immigration officials will accept this. With a FMM card the immigration officers typically only look to see that you have and see that it has not expired sometimes. It is possible that they might accept a print out of passport application status from the state department web site. I would not count on this however.

Assuming from previous advice, I won't really have trouble coming back into the states so long as I can prove I'm a citizen?

Tonight at 11 PM USCBP had everyone stopped at initial screening point. I stopped and waited to see what gives and contemplated going back to Cascadas and hunker down for the night. Saw someone else go up to USCBP agents and produce a card and they let him through so I showed both my valid passport card and valid global entry and no problem they let me through.

USCBP technically can't deny me entry if I'm a citizen? No passport, but I can provide a California drivers license or a photocopy of my birth certificate? Open to suggestions. Last thing I want to do is get stuck in fuckin Tijuana LOL.

They let me go, so unfortunately I didn't stick around to see what his outcome was.
