Independent pricing report
I accompanied a couple of visiting gringos to Habano's and La Bodeguita this weekend. Habano's had a great selection at 11 pm on a Friday night. One of the women-from the lower rungs of the looks scale available that night-quoted me $150/hr. My half-hearted attempts to reduced the price were rebuffed. For reasons unrelated to pricing, we left without any friends.
La Bodeguita was jam packed with typically hot and friendly colombianas on Monday night. A buddy found a really attractive one and took off. Being a newby gringo I figured he was paying top dollar, but I eventually found out he only paid $150. I again identified another one that was near the bottom of the scale (though the scale is quite elevated there) that I figured was more susceptible to a lower rate. She quoted me $200/hr. I didn't even bother to negotiate from that starting point and eventually left alone.
Marriage and Divorces in Panama
Hello Guys!
From the threads here on the forum I can see that some of you contributors have alot more experience in Panama than me, so I adress this question on this thread:
From what I understand:
If you are married or have children with a woman from Panama - You can live and run your own small business in Panama legally.
This seems to be the cheepest and most smooth way to get recidency and to get going with your company in Panama.
However, if the girl decides to leave you (divorce) - and that has happend MANY good guys before - Will she be able to take "half the house and half the wallet" when she leaves, or is it possible to, in some way "protect" your business from beeing "stolen"?
I do not by any means whant to be sneaky or unfair towards the girl - no way. I just don't want to get "robbed on my business" because she wants money.
I have not been able to find good information on the subject, but maybe you guys can help me with some basic guidelines.
Best regards, and hope for some info / Ken Apples
