HB.
So have most of the girls which are appearing on Sharks website left? I spoke to the sharks reception lady yesterday she was of the opinion (again she didn't sound sure) she said if it is on the website it means they are still here! To me also she didn't sound convincing!
Heading to Sharks today. Can anyone put up a short list of must session with's?.
I have wondered about the financials of these FKKs and what it costs to own / start one.
The bigger question is the ongoing PnL, which is driven by customer count, and have no idea what the numbers are. A place like Sharks probably has 700-1500 customers a week? Week days are slow but it is open from late morning all the way to dawn, so you still would have 60 to 70 customers on a slow week day, and on Fri/Sat/Sun, at any given time I see 30 to 40 men or many more, so my ~1000 per week seems reasonable. Roughly 60 grand rev per week, roughly 3 mil Euro rev per year? Perhaps some days are so slow, and that number might be inflated, so it could be 2 mil to 3. 5 mil range, would be my guess. No idea what their margins are, but you might not pay more than one times sales for a club like that, so even Sharks can be bought for a couple of million Euros?
I think you may need to more than double that pricing.
You are forgetting just like the economics of strip clubs that the girls also pay an entrance fee or in the case of strippers a stage fee to the house to allow them to showcase their wares so to speak. So each day there is a captive audience of girls that also pay in an entrance fee. So if that is 70 euro per girl too (yes there is taxes and other charges too like rental on their room but let us exclude that for now) and there is maybe minimum 30 girls then that is 2100 euro per day basic income before you even start adding on the male visitors to the club. So if there is 100 girls like some day there are at Oase then Mauro's business model is bringing in just on entrance fee alone excluding fines and room lets add up to 7000 euro on those days on girls alone. Then add on your male visitors and you can double that basic income.
You do not need to worry about the male visitors since the girls entrance fees are covering your costs quite nicely and men coming in will just be incremental costs to cover so it is possible that those entrance fees is where the super normal profits are.
It can be said that the clubs make their money from the girls and not the customers. The girls make their money from the male customers. In the end, the male customers are paying for the whole set up.
Heading to Sharks today. Can anyone put up a short list of must session with's?.
Depends on what you like.
Dina approached me but she seemed annoyed when I declined her offer to room. She was getting more and more aggressive to me. Don't know why.
This point has been discussed before about Dina's behaviour.
The experience of myself and a friend has been in the first few instances with Dina is that she is accommodating and happy to be refused if you are not up for a session but she soon knows you are a regular customer and can be relied upon to have one session with her when you visit. Inevitably, there is some chat during these phases and she seems to indicate that you are wasting her time since you will go with her but you are just delaying things. When Dina was asked the reason for this behaviour it was because she only comes to work at Sharks for one week or so at a time and then returns to Hungary. So she is on a time limit and needs to maximise her time in the club to make money rather than dawdling waiting for customers. For her, time is money.
Now this may not always be the case since others like HB say that they get good conversation time with her with no pressure to go to the room.
Depends on what you like.
Skinny blondes that like it up the Bum.
Skinny blondes that like it up the Bum.
Roxanna does, maybe Kitty. In fact, a lot of the German girls always take anal.
Cosmina is not blonde as she is black haired but she takes one in the A hole.
Couple of other cute blondes take it up the backside but they have left Sharks to go to Oase and World.
Good points. I did vaguely know that the girls paid some money to the club, but I did know fully; so I left it out. Somehow I thought they paid for their rooms and stuff, but did not know they paid the full 65 or 70 euro as men do, just to get in. You are right, that changes the whole equation. And then they pay some amount to stay in the rooms to sleep also, no? Unclear to me how much that is.
So, a girl needs to have at least 2 half hour basic sessions just to cover her own entrance plus sleep, may be more? I see some girls not getting any or many sessions, I am not sure how they survive and seem to keep coming back.
But yes, this stream of revs from the girls does change the business model and make them more profitable than I originally estimated and more expensive to buy for a potential buyer.
Some punters have mentioned that the working girls at Hessen clubs pay higher entry fees than the male customers-though I am unclear whether that is due to taxation. The girls alway like to say that they have to do at least four rooms to break even because they take taxis to and from the club. At NRW clubs, the equation is different. At Villa Vertigo recently, two girls told me that they pay 40 EUR to work each day. The price is the same whether they choose to sleep at the club or not. Downside is that they can't really sleep in because they have to vacate the rooms when the club opens each morning, but then again Villa Vertigo closes at I believe 1 am on most days.
The girls pay minimum what the guys pay to get in. Plus tax plus some amount if they sleep at the club. So they need about 2 rooms to break even. Maybe three if you include some cost for taxi, condoms, lube, make-up, lingerie, cigarettes.
HB.
Mainhattan: The girls pay 85 Euro to enter the club (Regular entry fee for the guys is 60 Euro), and if a girl sleeps on site it is an additional 20 Euro per day. So, she may need 2 or 3 rooms to break even depending if she sleeps in the club or not. I am not so sure about the other clubs.
So she is on a time limit and needs to maximise her time in the club to make money rather than dawdling waiting for customers. For her, time is money.
"Time is money" could apply to not only Dina but almost all the WGs. A WG has value as 100 Euro per 60 min or 17 E per 10 min. If she uses 10 min for chat on a couch, she loses 17 E! If she thinks 17 E for 10 min's chat is investment, her profit is 50 E – 17 E = 33 E, ROI is 33/17=1. 9. If she can succeed in customer acquisition in one minute, her ROI becomes 28 or 2800%! It is very natural for her to maximize her time based on the economic theory or even common sense. We should take this into consideration, IMHO. Dina is one of my favorites, so my statement might be biased, though, LOL.
A girl does only lose money when talking to a guy if you assume that meanwhile she could have had another client who paid for her time, inside or outside the room. But that is rarely the case. If she is sitting and waiting for a client anyway, it's not about losing money, it's about a potential client who wants to chat a few minutes before taking her and buying a pig in a poke.
The encounter was very short: Walked straight to her as I was thinking to pick Dina over Ramona. Conversation started from her on how are you. I said fine. Then she said do I want to go to the room. In that split second I changed my mind with the poor past experience with her and a bit annoyed with the rush. At the end I chose Ramona.
You are right. She seems happy to chat with others for a while except me. Probably the problem is with me. Maybe she thinks I was wasting her time.
