Our favourite (at least mine) is open again. But they play it low, means all the lights from outside are off. Even the groundfloor is dark. But in 5th floor it is everything as allways.
I had a lineup of 8 girls, at 23. 00h in today evening. Allways nice to see the curtain rise and smiling gils will apear in the fishbowl. I chose no. 2.

I know it is an imposition, but it is generally considered in poor taste to be a relative "newbie" on this or any other message board and ask such a "broad question". You might be surprised to find that for good reason you may need to dig a little deeper than usual due to the sensitivities in place at this time. If, after you have done the above you can then ask for assistance if a manner that shows you understand the mores of the local customs. Of course showing your willingness to contribute a little by paying the fee to "join" might also help, but this is purely your option.

I'm not sure why I should feel guilty about asking for hotel recommendations. I was asking about the clubs I mentioned given that I read there have been crackdowns because of the Expo. Therefore, I didn't know if the older reports I have read would still apply now.
My way of thinking is that people can either ignore the questions or if they feel like helping they can also do that. It's an individual choice. I don't quite understand why people will waste the time and energy to write a post to criticize someone for asking questions, but that's just me. I guess it has something to do with the impersonal nature of the internet. I know I won't be wasting any more energy debating this subject but if anyone can help with any of my questions I would certainly appreciate it.

I have had the name of a girl who I registered to stay in my room appear on the hotel bill. If this is a problem for you, simply ask them to remove the name at check out. They will be happy to print you another bill. 10 seconds of embarrassment at the checkout counter can save you a lot of questions at home!

My response was a slightly tongue-in-cheek attempt to gently suggest that your success rate might be higher with a different mode of operation. I was also continuing a bit a good natured banter with one of the more helpful senior members of the China/S.E. Asia boards. He has been very helpful in the past to many of us when we were newcomers. I agree with your assessment about not bothering if you don't like someone's post. Some of this is a bit of a right of passage if you will, while it will surely help insure your posts are not ignored. Of course I could be completely wrong about it all.
I hope you are able to find what you seek, and if you do, for goodness sake take the time to write a report and help out. Who knows you may find a gem that becomes popular with us all!!
This place is open and has been described in details several times before. I would add one tip in order to get the right services. When you get in, you will be let to a room and the manager will come into the room. She or he will chat with you for a few works and say "an pie an pie" in chinese means make arrangement for you to choose the girls. You say yes and you are on track.
