These same folks when they go to Sosua, use that knowledge to wean out the bad ones. Something that someone who knows Sosua only and is half drunk 3/4 of the time, has no clue about. There are others who over a period of time have established relationship with women there and each time can add to that list or get intros through the connections. Because of that the choices made by such people are always way superior and they do not complain. In addition, people will tell you that the nights are good to get numbers and call them the afternoon after. That way, you get them fresh, are not paying the high price of "whole night" and by taking them at a time when things are slow for the women, allows you to pay less and get a better treatment.

I was in Sosua several weeks ago and had a great time. At the same time, I've seen the changes as well. Every mongering destination has its pluses and minuses. When I go to Sosua, I know what to expect and enjoy it for what it is. Good luck!!

I have always been impressed by how much chicas will go out of their way to please me, even when I am not really expecting it. A little chemistry can go a long, long way. But don't be like the group of five guys I saw walking around yesterday in their gym kit and making perceptive comments like "pump that ass". Sosua is a small town and if you don't carry yourself with dignity and treat people with courtesy, adverse perceptions about you will soon travel ahead of you.

Sosua is a cheaper, quicker flight. Sosua is overall a much cheaper trip. The and. Why. Crew generally don't speak a lick of spanish making navigating Medellin much more difficult than Sosua. Sosua is point and click, Medellin not so much, especially with zero spanish. But most importantly and make no mistake about this point, if the and. Why crew came to Medellin and tried to walk around shooting their big mouths off and acting the way they do in Sosua in any great numbers the "powers that be" in Medellin would put a stop to it quite quickly, somebody would get hurt for certain. Even though prostitution is just as rampant in Colombia as the DR, it's not in your face like Sosua for a reason and anybody that thinks it ever will be doesn't know shit about Colombia.

The majority of the guys that come to Sosua would be like fish trying to survive out of water in Medellin.

My first time to DR. Planning to go to Sosua in about a month and stay there for about 10 days. Would you please help me with your suggestions for daytime action in Sosua?

I have read the forum but could not find much information about daytime places (similar to those in Medellin, CO; San Jose, CR; Bangkok&Pattaya, Thailand etc).

I really appreciate your help! Which places I have to go to find girls in the daytime, particularly in the early afternoon?

On a Saturday night, saw a crew about seven deep walking towards Parque Lleras from Avenida El Poblado. While visiting a casa, I saw a crew of about five guys who left shortly after I arrived. In a span of 8 days that isn't bad. I agree with what you guys say plus Meddy is much bigger and spread out, especially outside of El Centro. That being said, its a good feeling to actually hear musica latina and not Rick Ross and everything that come along with that. Safe travels!

Safe travels![/QUOTE]A "Sosua type crew" in El Centro, Medellin hanging around Avenida De La Grief and the Botero Plaza area would attract a lot of attention versus the Poblado and Parque Lleras areas. I could easily see a Sousa crew having problems in the El Centro area of Medellin after dark.

[/QUOTE]That is because there aren't any. Sosua is quiet until 8.00 pm. You get a few strays in the town but they are mostly either desperate skanks or "civilians" (girls going about their normal business who might not be averse to being picked up and providing sex for money). In the latter case you will need reasonable Spanish (or French for Haitians) otherwise you could put yourself in an embarrassing situation with them, or with their boyfriends / husbands or employers.

Best place is the beach. There are always some P4 P girls there. Even if you don't pull it is a pleasant place to spend the afternoon. And Ad's Rancho Tipico has girls hanging around (mostly Haitians) in the early evening before other places liven up.

But see Tempoecorto's excellent post a little below. He recommends taking phone numbers at night and contacting the girls in the daytime. This has a lot to recommend it. You can assess the girls better in the daylight, in more peaceful surroundings and hopefully not through beer goggles. And they should be less demanding monetarily as any work they get in the daytime would be an unexpected bonus. No way should you pay more than 1000 to 1500 for ST in the daytime.

However, if you are only available for mongering in the daytime (like one current poster) you might want to think twice about spending your holiday in Sosua unless you have additional reasons for going there (meeting friends, etc).

[/QUOTE]As was suggested, the main beach in Sosua is a good daytime venue. If you stay at Casa Cayena or New Garden, there may be a few skanks available during the daytime. There are also a few massage parlors on the same block of Casa Cayena like Belkis, for instance, where you can get a massage with a happy ending, or perhaps more. Depending on when you go, there are some places that have daytime pool parties so ask around. Also, if you can get a ride to and from Blackbeards in Costambar, there are girls available during the day and bikini contests on the weekends.

If not, can you recommend a few I'll swing by and give a couple of reports when I head down later this week I have a weakness for these.

You can catch a local publico to Caberreti. It is a very close and is a lovely beach with a very different flavor from Sosua. Cost of the publico is a dollar each way. 10 days is a very long time to spend in Sosua. I love the place but after 3 days I'm done. You also might consider catching the bus to Santo Domingo for a few days. It is a nice size city and a different vibe. Speaking some Spanish provides many more options. I have a couple local girls that I can hang out with when I get tired of sport fucking. No matter what you will have an awesome time.
