There are a few different brands in Colombo. The strengths range from 25 MG, 50 MG and 100 MG. If you are starting for the first time, it's recommended you start with 25 MG. You should not take more than 100 MG per 24 hour period. Some brands may give you side effects like nausea, headaches and heart burn, so you may have to do some trial and error. The best advice is to see a doctor first and evaluate what you need and the dose. But I know most of us wouldn't like that part. Try the health guard pharmacy to begin with.

Today I went to the J lane Spa which is being discussed on the forum currently.
