Just a suggestion to the forum.

If we don't help newbies, they just don't get to negotiate well and SPs know whom to charge what. Maybe one of the reason for increased costs.

Plus this forum is caring and sharing. If we all begin to expect in return, then newbies just need to keep waiting for lucky encounters and this becomes a discussion forum for Seniors or friends.
