I really don't know. Used it quite a bit last year and early this year. Mainly outside India. Guessing people I did not meet with complained about fake profile / inappropriate behavior.
My phone email and FB account are all banned. Have to get all new which is too much of a hassle.

The guindy spa sounds amazing. Too bad it got down. The Chennai spa scene is very dry compared to Bangalore Pune etc there is so much scope for improvement here.

In Madurai there is this Bali spa which starts with T. The are is close to a famous theatre. The positive of this place is it's ambience is good and the uniform. The therapists wear a skirt which exposes their features and adds to the mood. Damage is 2 k plus tips around 1-2 k based on what you need. If you can go regularly with same chick you can get a FS. If you are not able to figure out name then hear the high octane song where Maddy and Makal selvan acted together and it's a gana song first name.
They had 7 to 8 therapists of which at least 4 or 5 were good. Have been there last year and not recently so don't remember the names. Try and post review mate for folks who go to Madurai. It's an Oasis have not seen such quality spa in Chennai.
