I've never come across a time where it was necessary.

Vasectomies, marital status, seeing other girls, wealth, time in country: they have heard all the BS stories before. They may pretend but they know when they are being lied to. One thing about the Filipinas. They know how to play the game and they can tell a lie a mile off.

They're also all eyes, as are their girlfriends. You're being watched in their company and outside of their company.

For the two years I've known my GF in Sabang, I've always told her (honestly) I don't do the girly bars.

As for the condom debate, we as a couple don't use them and we've discussed the issue.
