Go to a bar and you pay the price shown for a drink. Go to a supermarket and pay the price shown. Agree a price to buy a car, that's the price.

Girl gave you a price which you agreed to, so unless you decided that the value was exceptional and you will be seeing her again and again, why the additional payment.

I know the money is small but I always laugh when a taxi driver, who drove me from A to be asks (no shame shown) for an additional amount of money?.

I think she disparately took 1500 hoping for a tip for good performance to make up for the 500 shortfall. Since you asked, after saving 3500 on the barfine, I personally would have paid the 2000 pesos+ and tipped her 300-500 for good service. It seems that at one time tipping was rare and now it has gained a lot of traction. Tipping is one of the worst aspects of western society and no reasonable person should want to introduce it to a place where it is not part of the culture. Pinoys do not tip. Expats generally don't tip and I can't imagine that Koreans tip.

As far as this short time freelancer is concerned, you have already negotiated a price, why provide remuneration on top of that? Further, even in the West, the protocol of tipping is that you do not tip the proprietor of a business and if you think about it, that makes sense. Since this freelancer is the owner of the business she operates, "freelance sales," there is no need to tip her.

Do these city's have an equivalent to a Sogo hotel I. E a hotel which you can rent a room by the hour.

As personally I prefer to keep my hobby private and also not worry about losing anything of value should one of those crafty girls get the better of me.
