I know in thew states you can get assest protection like LLC's (Limited Liability Company) and FLP's (Family Limited Partnership) which adds additional layers of protection incase chica files for a divorce...I'm pretty sure panama got similar protection comparable to these

If you're thinking marriage gives you some advantage in commercial endeavors (property, licensing, etcetera) the answer is no! You want a loan to purchase a car; you want less flexibility in real estate financing; you want citizenship so you can stay there permanently? 2 years of marriage for citizenship. Anyone thinking about getting financing in Central America with rates of 9%. 16% per annum when North America is 4. 5% Prime is foolish. Therefore, you must, as always has been the case, come down with money-in-hand.

Panama is the world's second largest banking center which means capital and wealth management and obviously the laws (government) want the money to stay within the country which means you have full rights in commercial endeavors.

I don't know your motives, but the above is just some information.

My first post. Have visited most of Latin America, Europe and Asia. Made my first visit to Panama City March Fri 21 to Mon 24. Stayed at El Panama. After settling in hotel went to Good Time around 10.00 pm but closed (Good Friday). Taxi took me to Miami but also closed, but was told they open at midnight. Returned after midnight, not too bad in spite of unenthusiastic striptease. Went with “Chilli?” (6) Columbiana not from any of the major cities there. CBJ, mish, doggy but refused DATY. I kept asking for DATY and she ultimately told me I have to pay extra. She told me $40 I really wanted it and offered $20 which she accepted. I probably broke a rule here but needed to spice up the encounter. Ended with doggy and spilt leche on derriere which I enjoy doing. All in all average encounter with Columbiana who, from my experience, are not as good providers as other Latin Americans such as Brazilians and Salvadorians.

Did too much sightseeing the following day and was too tired for a Sat night trip to Golden Time but visited around 6.30 pm on Sunday. Nice lineup for three Johns including myself. Given pen and paper by mamasan. Wrote numbers and my grades during lineup. Graded very friendly looking smiling no. 8 as 9 but slow on the draw as she was chosen by another guy. Next in order of grade on my list was no. 30 (Juliana) who I rated 7 . Went with her. Room was very much like doctor’s office so I called her Dr. Juliana and she called me patient. For those interested she spoke good English. Told me she spent some time in US. Again, Columbiana from Medellin, average. Tried to impress me with lots of noise which I really don’t like but much better than my encounter at Miami. CBJ, fingering, mish, doggy but again refused DATY. Also wanted more for DATY but I refused and finished doggy.

From my short stay there it appears that Panama is a good destination for Colombiana lovers. If I do visit again I will check out some other establishments.

I think financial issues are interesting and enjoy reading about them.

That should be 8.30 pm Sunday rather than 6.30 pm.

Down by the fish market this great bar called Boca Torena the girls are mostly from Cali and D.R. total cost for sex is ten dollars four the room six for the girl good value. I ran into a lot of girls that work campo alegre there were the better looking ones. I spent the better part of two weeks there one dollar a beer I had good results in the day lite hours. Further understanding is needed regarding the directions of Boca Torena. The fish market has about four (4) brothels located next to each other. La Mayor and three others. They are open 24-hours too. Gringos can be seen in La Mayor on occassion, but the other three alongside rarely.

I just want to make sure this is the same place and area since you say the fish market. Everyone just refers to the brothels in this area as La Mayor.

On the side entrance to the fish market with the market on your left and the chinese archway on your right go straight past some stalls on your left they make bird cages the road turns right at the water front follow down almost to the end the water will be on your left on your right there is a small open cafe next store is it. There is a sign over the door ask anyone around there they will tell you were it is . Great little place there is a walk through to another bar in the back you will love it i wish I could be there today. But will be in campo alegre next week my favorite place they have a great gym over looking the caribbean sea. The fish market has a good restaurant up stairs with a great fish soup and down stairs great chevcies at the different stalls. Did any run into this girl working in Panama last may and June she goes by the name Carolina when she was working at Boca Torena she used the name Morena she told me she was working at Economy Hotel cleaning rooms but when i went to Economy Hotel they told me she was staying there but not working at the hotel but at Boca Torena. She was there with another girl named Daisey who is working in sxm know.

It was not very difficult to open an banc account there. I don't know about actual savings rates or stuff like this. Right now Icelandic banks in Luxemburg are doing good by an average of 7-10 (! ) procent. On anual bases

Banking seems a good business in Panama and the banks seem to make good money. The funny thing I saw (which we don't have in the Nethreland and also NOT in germany) are these drive-in ATM. Were you can stay in your car and take money out of the atm. ! Outstanding. I wish we had something like that here.

For all this you need a stable economy and above all a stable democratic government.

IMHO Panama has the least corruptcy level of all CA and SA. However I do know that for Panamenians their banks for daily usage are NOT cheap. !

Also Panama has a widely spread ATM network. And with my Dutch banc card I could easely take out US dollars out of them everywere.
