Konsul[/QUOTE]It is ironic, but in Guangzhou, or even in BJ / SH, much easier to find WG coming from abroad. It is actually quite difficult to find Chinese WGs under 25, except in KTVs or some outcalls. As for black girls, I see them everywhere in Guangzhou, so should be easy to find.

Sorry for late report, but visited the Canton Fair in October, stayed pretty close to the Garden Hotel and of course the bars around there.

Well, have been visiting China more than 30 times and not once have any problems in hotels, this time it was quite different.

First night out, started at the bars close to Garden Hotel, Gipsy Bar has turned into absolutely nothing, what a complete disaster. Then walked out and in to see some dancing at the bar around the corner, went down the stairs and stayed and watched and had great fun bbut not even close the hijacking the dancers!

This time around I'm planning a special trip just for fun part. Now the question is, would the spas and the other places mentioned in the forum be open during that time. If yes what are the chances of getting a good service. Also the price. Des it shoot up during this time of the year.

I still haven't booked my tickets, so I'm open to a few days before the new year or just after the new year (I believe 9the feb is the beginning of new year ). I'm getting a special deal on the airline tickets to Guangzhou. I can go to nearby place like CP, sz and dong guan if the need be. I have like 4 days planned for it.

Any comments and suggestion will be most welcomed.

To be perfectly honest I think you are making a mistake coming to monger during Chinese New Years. While I was back in the US for Chinese New Years last year from my understanding vast majority of people go back to their hometown and spend time with their familys and the major cities are literally ghost towns compared to the usual bustle. With millions of people leaving for 2 weeks, alot of businesses are closed the days approaching Chinese New Years. After the beginning of the new year on the 9th do Chinese come out to play and go on trips. If you're deadset on coming I would suggest after the 9th but I would temper my expectations. Unless you can sweet talk a local into being your girlfriend for a few days.
