Yes, $30-$40 gets you 15 minutes in an impersonal Soho walk up (and I have never found anything under $200 in the USA) but in London $150 / hour will get you an unintelligible EE girl.
So getting anything for an hour for under $100 must be seen as good value!

That's not to say that all Pegasus girls are better quality than all the less expensive options, but the average is much higher. Of course, one might find one girl in the budget category who is better than one of the Pegasus girls, but in general, there were lots of stunners at Pegasus. I like Maya of Pegasus because of her intellectual level. She is a student during the day time. It was fascinating talking with her. In general, you don't find a bar girl or massage girl that has the same intelligence level and the same beautiful face and flawless body. For me, it was woth the 9, 000 baht to be with Maya. However, for those who just want straight sex and don't care about a pretty face, a great body or an interesting conversation, there's no reason to go to Pegasus. I'm in the fortunate position of having a good income, so $300 for me is a reasonable amount to pay for a great experience.
One Caveat: All the girls at Pegasus are not like Maya. The majority of them did not appeal to me, but a large number of them did. I paid the entrance fee and went in with the idea that I would only choose a stunner, and if I didn't find one, I would just stay for the show.

Depending on each one eyes, the visual quality can be paid with no bad surprises later (unless there is something hidden underneath the clothing). The performance quality is often unrelated to the visual one, and it is some thing coming out after and bad surprises are just behind the corner. Hence the suggestion to pay after.
