Trusted and recommend SP?

Do you have any SP that you would trust and recommend? My old SP is out for a while now. Have been depending on Indies and reliable contacts. That seems to be diminishing as well based on the reviews and feedbacks. Tried a few on LC and CG but my old SP had advised that most of the time it would be the middle men.
